By adopting this Resolution, the Interministerial Committee for Economic Programming has approved the document containing the “Environmental Action Strategy for Sustainable Development in Italy 2002-2010”.
These by-laws provide for the management of the landfill created by an agreement among the State, the Brisbane City Council and the Council of the Shire of Murilla. Under these by-laws, access to the site (sect. 5), dumping (sect. 6) and the lighting of fires (sect. 7) are subject to authorization.

This Act partly amends the Environment Protection Act and Planning Act, in particular Act No. 879, where the Ministry of Environment's review on the modifications, expansions and installations of facilities carrying out waste services (art. 7). These provisions lay down some amendments and addenda to Regional Act No. 17 of 2013 making provision on environmental restoration and disposal of asbestos. The addenda concern the use of ecological methods to remove asbestos. Further amendments concern initiatives to promote education and information to prevent the use of asbestos. Penalties are updated as well.

This Act provides for the control of air, water and noise pollution, for the safe management of hazardous waste and for the protection and management of the environment and resource conservation.The Act empowers the Minister to appoint a Director General of Environmental Protection responsible for the administration of this Act.
This Act introduces the Scottish Landfill Tax as the replacement for UK Landfill Tax in Scotland. The Scottish Landfill Tax is a tax which is charged on taxable disposals. The Act defines what a taxable disposal is (A “taxable disposal” is waste material which has been disposed of by way of landfill), and prescribes, among other things, what disposals are exempt from the tax, how to calculate tax, who is liable to pay tax and when credit is available in relation to tax.

These Regulations provide a framework for the integrated prevention and control of pollution arising from industrial activities. They also lay down rules designed to prevent or, where that is not practicable, to reduce emissions into air, water and land and to prevent the generation of waste, in order to achieve a high level of protection of the environment taken as a whole. These provisions apply to industrial activities giving rise to pollution. Research activities, development activities and the testing of new products and processes are excluded from the application scope.
These Regulations lay down rules for the integrated prevention and control of pollution arising from certain industrial activities. They also lay down rules designed to prevent or, where that is not practicable, to reduce emissions into air, water and land and to prevent the generation of waste, in order to achieve a high level of protection of the environment taken as a whole. These provisions apply to the industrial activities listed in Schedule I.
