El Reglamento, que consta de 7 capítulos, 17 artículos y 2 anexos, establece un sistema nacional de clasificación de tierras adecuadas a las características ecológicas de las diversas regiones del país, con el fin de difundir el uso racional permanente de las tierras, evitando la destrucción y deterioro del suelo.

These Regulations amend the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2008 in relation with historic battlefields. A new inventory of such areas shall be compiled and the planning authority shall consult the Scottish Ministers in certain cases where an application for planning permission is made for development which may affect a historic battlefield.

These Regulations establish the fees, charges and rents respectively set out in Schedules 1, 2 and 3, applicable to the items respectively set out in those Schedules. A table covers the subdivision of building for the issuance of Strata Title under Land Code (Strata) Act Chapter 189. The proposed fee shall be charged as follows: 1. Survey of land for certification as required by section 16 of the Land Code (Strata) Act Chapter 189. Basic charge per job $500.00; Charge for the perimeter $3.00 per metre; Charge for each mark refixed and replaced $150.00 per mark.

This Act creates a new system of development permitting for nationally significant infrastructure projects. The new system covers certain types of energy, transport, water, waste water and waste projects. The Act establishes the Infrastructure Planning Commission, which will be responsible for examining applications for development consent for nationally significant infrastructure projects. The Commission may also confer upon developers certain rights for the purpose of facilitating a project.
