This Act makes provision with respect to planning and ecological experiments in urban areas. City Councils may take decisions derogating from existing requirements regarding soil, water, etc in experimental areas within 5 years from the date of entry into force of this Act if it holds that the experiment will contribute to the improvement if the environment and quality of live.

This Decision approves the master plan on socio-economic development in the Red River delta through 2020, with the following principal objectives: boost the region’s socio-economic development; make the best use of the region’s advantages to boost growth and competitiveness together with sustainable development; prioritize and focus on the development of a number of spearhead sectors which are capable of driving and leading other sectors’ development and creating specific brand names for the region’s products.

These Regulations amend the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (England and Wales) Regulations 1999 to implement Council Directive 85/337/EEC and amendments of that Directive in respect of applications for approval of reserved matters and applications for approval of conditions attached to the grant of planning permissions and applications made to mineral planning authorities to determine the conditions to which a mineral planning permission is subject under Schedule 2 to the Planning and Compensation Act 1991 and Schedules 13 and 14 to the Environment Act 1995.

This Circular, consisting of 9 articles divided into three Chapters, prescribes the management and use of riparian alluvial land, coastal alluvial land and coastal land with water surface used for agricultural production, forestry, aquaculture and salt-making. This Circular applies to state management agencies; domestic organizations, households and individuals; overseas Vietnamese; and foreign organizations and individuals involved in the above mentioned activities.

The Decision lays down rules and procedures for changing the land resources categories.

El presente Decreto modifica el que reglamenta los macroproyectos de interés social nacional adoptados vinculando instrumentos de planeación, financiación y gestión del suelo para ejecutar operaciones de gran escala, en relación a los procedimientos para la expedición de licencias de subdivisión, urbanización y construcción que se hará con sujeción a las normas adoptadas exclusivamente en el respectivo macroproyecto.

This Act makes amendments to the Local Government: Municipal Systems Act, 2000 in respect of a wide variety of matters including municipal managers and acting municipal managers and other matters regarding the administration of municipalities.

This Act makes provision with respect to the procedures and processes in accordance with which land use in a planning area or zone are prescribed, managed, monitored and evaluated. The Act sets out the fundamental principles of land use, establishes land use planning authorities and provides with respect to land planing procedures and authorizations.

The present Ordinance implements the Land Use Planning Act of 8 August 1997 (BGBl. I p. 2081, 2102). In particular, Ordinance establishes for the exclusive economic zone of the Federal Republic of Germany objectives and principles of land use planning with regard to the economic and scientific use, in terms of ensuring the safety and efficiency of navigation and the protection of the marine environment. This Decree determines every zone throughout the entire territory of Azerbaijan and specifies the general principles of these zones separately. This Decree sets forth rules and regulations of determining plots of land for industries, residences, cultural structure, roads, intersections, green areas and other construction areas, considering the impacts of earthquakes, landslides, floods and other natural and man-made disasters and in addition, principles of usage of these areas.
