The Regulation, which consists of 8 articles, lays down provisions relating to the expansion of green spaces in the urban areas. The Regulation prohibits cutting trees in public areas, gardens and parks within the boundaries of the cities. Any violation of the provisions of this Regulation shall be punished by imprisonment and fine. Municipalities are the responsible authorities to implement this Regulation.

This Order amends the Land Code (Strata) Act by making minor changes to section 9 on effects of certification of strata plan.

This Decision approves the master plan on the socio-economic development in the northern midland and mountainous region through 2020. The plan has the following objectives: ensure consistency with sectoral master plans; tap and bring into the fullest play all resources so as to attract development investment; expand markets, bolster exports; and boost economic development in a fast, effective and sustainable manner.

This Act amends the Foreshore Development Act with respect to, among other things: consent of Minister required for foreshore development and lapse of consent; powers of an enforcement officer (defined by this Act); registration of existing developments; offences; Minister’s power to make Regulations. The Schedule to the principal Act is repealed.

La présente loi modifie les dispositions des articles 2 et 3 de la loi n° 97-026 du 20 mai 1997 régissant la profession de Géomètre Expert.Aux termes de l’article 2 (nouveau), le Géomètre Expert procède en son nom et sous sa responsabilité au cours les opérations qu’il entreprend dans le domaine foncier, notamment les opérations topographiques de foncier et de cadastre ; la matérialisation des limites des biens fonciers, les opérations techniques ou aux études se rapportant aux travaux cadastraux et de lotissement, à l’évaluation, au partage, à la fusion ou à la mutation des biens fonciers.

La présente loi modifie les dispositions de la Loi N° 97-027 du 20 mai 1997 régissant la profession d’Entrepreneur des travaux cartographiques et topographiques.En effet, l’Entrepreneur des travaux cartographiques et topographiques exécute toutes les opérations cartographiques et topographiques en dehors de celles relatives aux travaux fonciers et cadastraux.

Le ministre des affaires foncières et du domaine public exerce les attributions relatives a la réforme foncière et à la mise en oeuvre de la politique de l'Etat en matière des affaires foncières, du cadastre, de la topographie et du domaine de l'Etat.

Le ministre de la réforme foncière et de la préservation du domaine public exerce les attributions relatives a la réforme foncière précédemment dévolues au ministre de la construction, de l'urbanisme, de l'habitat et de la reforme foncière par le décret nº 003-107 du 7 juillet 2003.

These Rules prescribe the procedure to be followed in connection with local inquiries relating to applications for planning permission or for the approval of a local planning authority required under a development order held by the Secretary of State in England, where he or she thinks that the development to which the application relates is of national or regional importance. The Rules have been made in consequence of the enactment of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 which inserted new sections 76A and 76B into the Town and Country Planning Act 1990.

This Order amends the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995 ("the 1995 Order") in consequence of provisions in the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. It also makes certain other minor amendments, i.e.

This Act makes provision for assessment of compensation in respect of compulsory acquisitions of interests in land and related matters such as procedures at the Lands Tribunal for assessing compensation in respect of land compulsorily acquired and regulatory powers of the Secretary of State. It also concerns assumptions in respect of certain land comprised in development plans.
