This Federal Law modifies paragraph 1 of article 24 in the following manner: "In case of sale of a share in the common property to an outsider the owner must attach to the application form for the state registration the documentation confirming that the co-owners had been informed of the forthcoming transaction , of the price of share and the conditions of sale.

In compliance with article 25 of Decree-Law No. 74/77, the Ministry of Rural Development establishes that when, in spite of a decision by the competent authorities (CCRA), the landowner refuses to convert sub-leasing and sharecropping contracts into leasing contracts, the authorization for such a conversion shall be granted by the president of the above-mentioned authorities.

The Committee on land resources and land survey specifies that in the process official registration of the map of the plots of land in the upper left corner of the document is adduced the series of the respective Ownership certificate of a physical or juridical person to a given plot of land while the number of the same Ownership certificate is adduced in the line 8220;. The cadastre number of the plot of land is adduced over this line.

The Minister of Taxes and Dues, for the purpose of conformation to the national legislation of the Instructions No. 56, orders to introduce into it the amendments and addenda contained in the Annexes. In the items 2, 3 and 4 the wording "juridical and physical persons" shall be substituted with the wording "organizations and physical persons". Paragraph 2 of the item 21 acquires a new wording.

The national land centre informs the general public that requirements for property transfers have been simplified as follows: 1. notarisation of a sale contract is now optional for land under commercial or industrial use. however, sale contracts that are not notarised are required to be signed by both parties infront of the registrar or deputy registrar of land titles, during submission of the application for property transfer.
