Ce rapport fait partie d’une série d’analyses réalisées à l’échelle des pays par l’équipe d’analyse et des politiques de résilience (RAP) de la FAO, dans le but d’orienter les décideurs, praticiens, organismes des Nations Unies, ONG et autres parties prenantes quant aux politiques à mettre en oeuvre, et en identifiant les principaux facteurs qui contribuent à la résilience des ménages vivant dans des pays et des régions touchés par l’insécurité alimentaire. L’analyse est largement basée sur l’utilisation de la méthodologie de Mesure et analyse de l’indice de résilience (RIMA) de la FAO.

Transit-oriented development (TOD), as a sustainable supporting strategy, emphasizes the improvement of public transportation coverage and quality, land use density and diversity of around public transportation stations and priority of walking and cycling at station areas. Traffic, environmental and economic problems arising from high growth of personal car, inappropriate distribution of land use, and car-orientation of metropolitan area, necessitate adoption of TOD. In recent years, more researches on urban development and transportation have focused on this strategy.

Transit oriented development (TOD) has gained popularity as a means to address urbanizations problems such as traffic congestion, air pollution and affordable housing strategies. It simply refers to integration of urban development and public transportation facilities, together with some other characteristics such as “intensified land uses near TOD stations”, “landownership and car-ownership variety”, mixed use, “lower car dependency”, compact form, mass transit stations, open spaces, walkability, etc.

Activity centers are areas of strong development of a particular activity, such as residence, employment, or services. Understanding the subway system impacts on the type, combination, distribution and totally the development of basic activities in these centers, have an important role in managing development opportunities created along the Tehran subway lines. The multi criteria and fuzzy nature of evaluating the activity centers development make the issue as complex as cannot be addressed with conventional logical systems.

La presente Ley modifica la que tiene por objeto la regulación de los instrumentos de ordenación territorial, el uso del suelo y la actividad urbanística en la Comunidad Autónoma de Cantabria, en aspectos relacionados con la regulación del derecho de realojo y retorno en la Comunidad Autónoma de Cantabria, con la finalidad de impedir que ningún afectado por la acción urbanística de expropiación forzosa pueda verse entorpecido en el legítimo derecho de acceder a una vivienda digna y en condiciones realmente asumibles, ofreciendo una vivienda de sustitución a cambio de la que resulta expropia

El presente Decreto implementa procedimientos que permitan realizar en forma adecuada y expedita la elaboración, inscripción registra o protocolización de los documentos donde conste la constitución, modificación, extinción o transmisión de derechos sobre los terrenos y las viviendas construidas en el marco de la Gran Misión Vivienda Venezuela (GMVV) y demás programas, planes o proyectos del Estado que tengan como objetivo la satisfacción del derecho constitucional a la vivienda y a la propiedad.

El presente Decreto declara afectos al desarrollo de la agricultura urbana los espacios públicos ubicados en los centros urbanos, que se encuentren libres, ociosos o abandonados, para que sean aprovechados para el cultivo y producción de alimentos.

La presente Resolución modifica la que integra el Comité de Conciliación del Ministerio de Vivienda, Ciudad y Territorio, respecto a sus miembros permanentes y a quienes invite con carácter obligatorio, por ser funcionarios de la entidad que por su condición jerárquica, funcional o conocimiento técnico deban asistir con ocasión de los casos que se sometan a consideración del Comité.

Participatory and inclusive land readjustment, or PILaR for short, is a way of reorganizing the ownership of land in and around cities in a pro-poor way. It brings together land parcels belonging to different owners and treats them as a single unit for planning and infrastructure provision. The municipality reserves a portion of the land for roads and other public infrastructure, and returns the rest to the original owners. Each owner gets back a smaller parcel, but it is worth more because it now has road access and other services.

These guidelines are the result a consultative process that involved a large number of practitioners from both developed and developing countries. Two meetings were held in Glasgow and Delhi and a tentative outline was agreed upon. The guidelines are intended to provide a reference framework for decision makers and planners to adequately plan, design and manage the forest and trees in and around their cities.
