This Regulation is composed of 19 articles. Articles 1 and 2 deal with terms and definitions. Selling or leasing lands in the Aqaba EEZ shall be subject to the zoning of lands and buildings approved by the Board of Commissioners (art. 4). The Board may sell or allocate any of the Authority’s Lands to Governmental Bodies and worship homes (art. 5). Whoever purchases a land from the Authority in order to carry out a project thereon, shall be obliged to complete it within the period fixed by the Authority and not later than 9 years (art. 8).

The present Regulation is made under the Territorial Lands (Yukon) Act. In particular, the Regulation lays down provisions relating to mining dredges to extract gold from river beds. Section 2 establishes that the Minister may issue leases to any person applying for them granting the exclusive right to dredge for minerals in the submerged bed of any river. The text consists of 17 sections and 1 Schedule.

This Instruction establishes that market price of the right of lease of a plot of land depends on legal power of the land tenant, the period of land tenure, encumbrance of the tenancy right, the rights of other persons to the plot of land, purposeful use and authorized use of the plot of land. Market price of the right of lease of a plot of land depends on the expected amount of income, duration and probability of acquisition of income from lease of land on condition of the most efficient management of the plot of land by land tenant.

This Order establishes the modalities of registration of the contracts of lease of immovable property (including land) except for industrial enterprises, plots of forests, separate waterbodies and perennial plants. Plots of land and other nature complexes may be allotted on lease. Expropriated land shall not be allotted on lease except for special cases envisaged by legislation. Lease contract shall be subject to state registration if not otherwise envisaged by the current legislation.

This Ministerial Decree establishes terms and conditions of the organization and carrying out tenders for the conclusion of land lease contracts related to land plots that have not been allotted in tenancy, hereditary lifelong possession and ownership. It also establishes rights and duties of the participants of tenders. Rural, district and city executive bodies shall be responsible for tenders related to land plots free of mortgage and dispute settlement. Tenders shall be open to participation by Belarus nationals, stateless persons, foreigners and international organizations.

The Regulation provides for the protection of the economical integrity of agricultural enterprises, and their sustainability by preventing land fragmentation due to inheritance proceedings. A three-member commission shall assess the economic status of any agricultural enterprise in the provinces. The implementation procedure shall follow the criteria issued in the Implementation Regulation. The minimum size ceiling required for the partition of agricultural lands is listed in the Regulation. Enterprises engaged in mushroom production, livestock breeding and fisheries could not be divided.

Leasehold Reform (Collective Enfranchisement) (Counter-notices) (England) Regulations 2002 (S.I. No. 3208 of 2002).

A person who receives a notice for a claim for collective enfranchisement made under Part I of the Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993 must respond by giving a counter-notice admitting or opposing the claim. These Regulations prescribe a requirement, in addition to those specified in section 21 of the Act, as regards the contents of the counter-notice.

These Regulations amend the Leasehold Reform (Notices) Regulations 1997 and provide a new form to be used by landlords replying to claims for enfranchisement and extension of long leaseholds under the Leasehold Reform Act 1967. Provisions of this Act which are relevant to the Form in the Schedule to these Regulations have been amended by the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 as mentioned in the Notes to the Form. The new Form is to be used for notices in reply given on or after the date these Regulations come into force.
