The purpose of this Law, which includes 21 articles and 1 supplementary article in 4 sections, is the placement of villagers within forests who are decided to be transferred and to support the development of the forest villagers through the utilization of the areas excluded from forest. This Law consists of the following areas excluded from forest boundaries by the Forest Cadastre Commissions in accordance with Article 2 of the Forest Law No.

Transfer of Immoveable Property Restriction Act, 1987.

This Law, consisting of five Chapters, regulates the requirements to transfer the land ownership of any immoveable property. It specifies terms and conditions to deal with land, benefits from the land, building and things constructed or situated on that land and things installed on those buildings. It establishes land property restrictions, registration, offences and penalties.

Decreto Nº 88 - Ley de aparcería agrícola y ganadera del Estado de Guanajuato.

La presente Ley del Estado de Guanajuato establece los principios y normas que rigen la aparcería agrícola y ganadera, definidas como: a) el contrato por el que una persona da a otra un predio rústico, o parte de él, para que lo cultive a fin de repartirse los frutos en la forma que convengan; y b) el contrato por el que una persona da a otra cierto número de animales de su propiedad, a fin de que los cuide y alimente, con el objeto de repartirse los frutos y productos, en la proporción en que convengan.

Iraqi Company for Contracts for Land Reclamation (Law No. 116 of 1981).

There shall be established the Iraqi Company for Contracts of Land Reclamation under the Council of Ministers. The Company shall execute projects on land reclamation and operate as a contractor in this field. The Company shall have legal personality, financial and administrative independence and full legal competence to carry out its functions inside or outside Iraq (art. 1). Properties of the Company shall be considered "State domains" (art. 7). It seems that the Company may sell or lease reclaimed lands (please see art. 2, comma 1).

Ancient Monuments and Archaeological Sites and Remains Act, 1958 (Act. No. 24 of 1958).

This Act provides for the preservation of ancient and historical monuments and archaeological sites and remains of national importance and for the regulation of archaeological activities in India.The Central Government will have the power to declare ancient monuments or archaeological sites, etc. to be of national importance. The Director General may, with the sanction of the Central Government, purchase, take lease or assume the guardianship of any protected monument, for its protection or preservation.

This Act declares that the term of lease and freehold interest as granted by Government by agreement to Ghana Rubber Estates and Firestone Ghana Limited respectively shall remain valid and that of the clauses (7), (8), (9) and (10) of article 163 of the suspended Constitution as continued in force by section 1 of the Lands Commission Decree, 1972 (N.R.C.D. 24) shall be deemed never to have applied to the term of years and the freehold interest. Despite a Law, decree or Regulations to the contrary, the freehold interest shall remain in full force and effect.

Racial Discrimination Act 1975.

This Act prohibits racial discrimination and offensive behaviour based on racial hatred, provides for measures to prevent and eliminate racial discrimination and defines functions of the Australian Human Rights Commission and the Race Discrimination Commissioner for purposes of this Act. Some provisions concern the prevention of racial discrimination in matters of land occupation, housing and other accommodation.

The Law provides for mining and exploitation of mineral resources as natural gas, petroleum, crude oil and assorted minerals. Prospectors must apply for a prospecting licence that shall be granted after the payment of a fee. Lands alienated for the purpose of mining operations shall be paid off as rent and royalties. Lands comprise also the continental shelf. Mining leases shall comply with land laws as per the survey, delimitations, land tenure and revenues and acquisition.

The areas of agricultural land possessed by a person Tapu-authorized or granted under long lease (rain-irrigated land, irrigated areas) shall not exceed the limits defined in article 2.

A Land Referee shall be appointed by the President on the advice of the Judicial Service Commission. The Referee shall have jurisdiction to determine the following matters: (a) the amount of rent payable for a lease of land whether originally or on periodic reassessment; (b) the value of improvements on or to land; (c) any matter referred to him by any party to a lease of land relating to the interpretation of a provision in a lease; (d) any matter which is by any Act or Order directed to be determined by him. A decision of the Referee shall be final.
