This training manual is written for forestry practitioners who want to learn how to use FAO’s framework. It will help them assess how effective CBF programmes are in achieving target objectives set by countries or organizations. It can also assist practitioners design a process to gather and use relevant information and data regarding various community-based forestry initiatives they may be working on.
