80% of disputes in Rwanda are related to land. This program encouraged a culture of collaboration and dialogue around land conflicts and land rights issues in key conflict-prone areas in Rwanda, increased public awareness of rights and conflict management options under the new National Land Policy and Land Law, and fostered dialogue-based approaches to conflict management.
