El presente Manual de procedimientos para la redacción y elaboración de planes reguladores, con el propósito de establecer los principios metodológicos no solamente orientadores, sino de acatamiento obligatorio, que deben cumplir los consultores privados e instituciones públicas responsables de elaborar proyectos regionales y locales para la elaboración de propuestas de planificación urbano-territoriales.

This Law establishes legal grounds for investments in accordance with concessions and is aimed at ensuring protection of rights and legal interests of investors, Republic of Belarus and it administrative and territorial units. In case of concessions related to subsoil, waterbodies, forests and land shall be applicable the present Law if otherwise is not envisaged by the acting legislation. Concession holders shall be granted guarantees envisaged by the legislation to investors.

This Order, consisting of 14 articles and 5 Annexes, regulates land cadastre management of rural farms, farmers and farms. It establishes that management of rural land cadastre in locations subject to the action of IDARON Agency, including as a result of cooperative arrangements or agreements, shall be governed by the provisions of this Regulation. The registration of rural farm and farmer will be issued upon request of the Company, directly or through its authorized representative, and will be accompanied by specific documents.

This Law regulates the subject and authority aimed to grant concessions, concessions policy and the procedure for the award of concessions on the territory of Republic of Srpska, elements of the concession agreement and the termination of the concession agreement, the rights and obligations of the concessionaire and concession holders, the choice and responsibility of the Commission for Concessions and other issues of importance for the concessions.The concession is, in terms of this Law, the right to conduct economic activities using public property, natural resources and other assets of g

La presente Ley de fortalecimiento de la camaricultura, tiene por finalidad establecer un conjunto de regulaciones orientadas a fortalecer la industria del camarón cultivado en sus distintas etapas, a fin de elevar su competitividad. Se crea la Guía de embarque obligatoria, extendida por el Servicio Nacional de Sanidad Agropecuaria (SENASA), para el transporte de producto cuyo destino sea el mercado interno.

El presente Acuerdo aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley de fortalecimiento de la camaricultura, con el objeto de desarrollarla complementariamente para su eficaz aplicación.

This Law establishes that concession shall be intended transfer of rights for rendering services or of exclusive rights to management of concession resources that are transferred for a certain period of time through conclusion of concession contract. The scope of this Law shall be determination of the modalities of granting concessions and also the basic principles of conclusion of concession contracts.

Article 6 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Extension of the period of validity of concession agreement, concessor (public partner) of which is a subject of the Russian Federation or a municipal unit shall be performed subject to approval by anti-monopoly body. The Government of the Russian Federation establishes the grounds for extension and the modalities of approval by anti-monopoly body”.

This Law, consisting of 21 articles, creates the National Granting System of lands for agricultural, forestry or silvopastoril purpose, called «Bolsa de terras». This Law applies to rural lands according to their registration and subject to the legislation regulating the ownership transfer of goods. This Law does not apply to: rural lands considered mixed for tax purposes, of lands for non-permanent housing with an area less than 1 ha. Rural lands with authorised tourism activity by the competent authority.

This Law approves fiscal benefits to the use of agricultural, forestry and silvopastoril lands and to the promotion of the «Bolsa de terras». In particular, this Law establishes tax reductions aimed at stimulating the National Granting System of lands, amending the Fee Regulation for Land Registration, approved by Decree-Law No. 322-A/2001 of 14 December.
