El presente Acuerdo aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley de fortalecimiento de la camaricultura, con el objeto de desarrollarla complementariamente para su eficaz aplicación.

This Law establishes that concession shall be intended transfer of rights for rendering services or of exclusive rights to management of concession resources that are transferred for a certain period of time through conclusion of concession contract. The scope of this Law shall be determination of the modalities of granting concessions and also the basic principles of conclusion of concession contracts.

Le présent arrêté affecte les redevances des concessions portuaires à la Société Comorienne des Ports (SCP).Ces redevances qui constituent la principale ressource financière de la Direction Générale de la Société Comorienne des Ports, conformément aux dispositions de l’article 24 de la loi N°13-011/AU du 02 décembre 2013, seront versées dans un compte ouvert au nom de la Société Comorienne des Ports dans une institution financière, conformément aux dispositions de l’article 22 de la loi susvisée.

Le présent arrêté crée une Commission chargée de la mise en place de la Société Comorienne des Ports (SCP).Il institue également des redevances des concessions portuaires versées dans un compte ouvert au nom de la Société Comorienne des Ports dans une institution financière, conformément aux dispositions de l’article 22 de la loi N°13-011/AU du 02 décembre 2013.Ces redevances des concessions portuaires constituent la principale ressource financière de la Direction Générale de la Société Comorienne des Ports, conformément aux dispositions de l’article 24 de la loi N°13-011/AU du 02 décembre

Article 6 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Extension of the period of validity of concession agreement, concessor (public partner) of which is a subject of the Russian Federation or a municipal unit shall be performed subject to approval by anti-monopoly body. The Government of the Russian Federation establishes the grounds for extension and the modalities of approval by anti-monopoly body”.

This Law, consisting of 21 articles, creates the National Granting System of lands for agricultural, forestry or silvopastoril purpose, called «Bolsa de terras». This Law applies to rural lands according to their registration and subject to the legislation regulating the ownership transfer of goods. This Law does not apply to: rural lands considered mixed for tax purposes, of lands for non-permanent housing with an area less than 1 ha. Rural lands with authorised tourism activity by the competent authority.

This Law approves fiscal benefits to the use of agricultural, forestry and silvopastoril lands and to the promotion of the «Bolsa de terras». In particular, this Law establishes tax reductions aimed at stimulating the National Granting System of lands, amending the Fee Regulation for Land Registration, approved by Decree-Law No. 322-A/2001 of 14 December.

La présente ordonnance fixe les règles d'acquisition de la propriété des terrains urbains, à l'exception de ceux destinés à l'industrie ou à la promotion touristique Aux termes de cette ordonnance, toute occupation d'un terrain urbain doit être justifiée par la possession d'un titre de concession définitive délivré par le ministre chargé de la Construction et de l'Urbanisme. Le transfert de propriété sur un terrain urbain relevant du domaine de l'Etat est opéré par l'arrêté de concession définitive.

This Law cancels important provisions part of the Law on concessions of the Tuzla Canton (Official Gazette 50/2004, 7/2005 and 6/2011).Provisions regarding the concessions grating the use of wind power for commercial purposes, and use of solar energy for commercial purposes (article 3, points 16 and 17) are cancelled.
