This Regional Law establishes the modalities of allotment of public agricultural land to citizens for haymaking and grazing. It establishes dimensions of agricultural land parcels depending upon agricultural animal species owned by the citizens. If a citizens does not have agricultural animals then maximum dimension of agricultural land parcel allotted for haymaking shall be 0,15 ha and agricultural land parcels cannot be allotted thereto.

This Act provides that an original grantee and his or hers heirs and assigns who hold land in Seychelles under a deed of concession granted by the Crown before this Act shall be deemed to hold such land in full legal ownership as if under such deed of concession and said full legal ownership of the land had been transferred by the Republic for valuable consideration without any of terms and conditions. This rule shall also apply to and to any person deriving title from such original grantee or his heirs or original assigns.

This Decree amending Decree No. 7.499 on the Programme “Minha Casa, Minha Vida” on land regularization in urban settlements. Amended articles deal with the economic incentives and financial aspects and administrative procedures related to the regularization of urban settlements.

This Regional Law establishes that lease payment and concession payment shall be determined on the basis of forestry taxes. Rates of payment shall be fixed in lease contract, concession, forestry licence or forest management permit. All forestry taxes and payments cannot be lower than minimum forestry taxes and payments fixed by law. Payments for building timber and fuelwood shall be equal to minimum forestry taxes applicable to standing timber. Land tax for forest parcels shall be fixed as minimum forestry tax applicable to standing timber.

Agricultural and rural regulations in Greece are governed by a scattered legislation, making its use and application difficult. Such situation does not correspond to the modern needs, since the management of the agricultural immovable property is applied through the Rural Code which was ratified in 1949, together with certain legislative provisions on rural development during the ’70s and ’80s. This Decree approves the General Regulation for Land Concession. This Regulation, consisting of 10 Chapters, specifies the general basis of the legal regime defined by Law No. 9/04. It establishes the legal framework for the concession of free lands within the Republic of Angola. It does not apply for private property lands, which will be regulated by the Civil Code. This Regulation aims at: defining the process of concession, recognition, transmission, usufruct and the end of rights on such lands.

This Presidential Decree, consisting of 2 Chapters, establishes the National Policy for Land Concession Rights. It specifies the general basis of the above mentioned National Policy, defining the mechanisms for accessing, using and exploitation lands, taking into consideration that the access to land is a fundamental for reconstruction, construction and socio-economic development of the country. It applies for agricultural, urban, mining and touristic lands.

This Order, consisting of 6 articles and 1 Annex, authorizes the permanent and free land concession to farmers and stockbreeders of 11 land plots in Ribeira de Vinha within the island of São Vicente. It establishes the right of ownership for land exploitation to specific farmers and stockbreeders, in order to maintain and rehabilitate the agricultural lands, increase and diversify cultivations and forage production, stimulate the improvement of agricultural and livestock production, fight the poverty, creating income generating activities and improving the local food security.

This Order, consisting of 6 articles and 1 Annex, authorizes the permanent and free land concession to 57 farmers and stockbreeders of land plots in Tchon D´Holanda, Ribeira de Vinha, within the island of São Vicente.

This Regulation concerns the procedure for the issue of the concessions required to use lands falling within public forest areas.
