This Sub-Decree sets out criteria, procedures and mechanisms for the granting of private state land for social purposes to the poor who lack land for residential use and/or for family farming.The Sub-Decree sets out the necessary requirements for Local and National Social Land Concession Programs and defines the types of social concession land and occupancy conditions.The Sub-Decree further establishes a social land concession mechanism which shall be responsible for administering and implementing provisions of the Act and which have the following structure: National Social Land Concessions

This Instruction shall be applicable to concession of land located in the protected area of Issyk Kul for construction of health resorts, rehabilitation, recreational and tourist sites. Temporary concession of land for the aforesaid purposes shall be carried out exclusively through open tenders. Each plot of land shall be put on sale as a separate lot. Boundaries of the plot of land put on sale shall be coordinated with adjacent land tenants and landowners.

Article 8 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In the process of performance of concession agreement the concessor shall have the right to supervise over observance by concessionary of the terms and conditions of concession agreement in accordance with this Federal Law”.

This Federal Law regulates relations originating from elaboration, conclusion, performance and stopping of concession agreements ensuring protection of rights and legal interests of the participants of concession agreements. Object of concession agreement must be owned by concessor at the moment of conclusion of concession agreement. This Law envisages the following objects that can be granted on concession: (a) waterworks; (b) water supply, water and waste treatment facilities; and (c) plots of land, plots of forests and waterbodies on condition of lease.

The objective of this Act is to establish duties and liabilities relating to the National Farm Land and Forest Fund. The Fund manages agricultural land, farms and forests owned by the Republic of Slovenia. This management includes granting concessions, leasing and renting of agricultural land and forests. The Fund is a legal entity and operates in accordance with the regulations that apply to public institutions.

Presidential Decree No. 8855 validating the Regulation on the national tourist area “Avaza”.

The President decrees to allocate area on the Eastern coast of the Caspian sea with defined administrative and territorial boundaries and with particular legal status with a view of creation of the national tourist area “Avaza”. Legal and natural persons shall operate in the aforesaid tourist area in accordance with contracts concluded with the authorized state institutions. Land on the territory of the national tourist area “Avaza” can be conceded to legal and natural persons of Turkmenistan in concession or lease and to foreign legal persons only in lease,.

This Law regulates delimitation of public land and land pertaining to local self-government. The Act consists of 5 Sections divided into 11 articles: (1) general provisions; (2) public land; (3) land of local self-government; (4) transfer of the right of land ownership; (5) conclusive and transitional provisions. Public land shall be inalienable property, it shall not be subject to levy execution and time limitation of prescription, nor can it be used as property bond or purchased by third party. Public land can be only conceded in use, concession or lease.

Ministerial Decree No. 177 validating the Regulation on allotment of land for housing.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of allotment, in case of availability, of land for housing free of charge. Allotment of land for housing shall be carried out in accordance with general land-use planning schemes. Objects of allotment shall be plots of land located in inhabited areas that can be conceded in ownership. Dimensions of the plots of land for housing shall be determined by the local self-government.
