This Order, consisting of 6 articles and 1 Annex, authorizes the permanent and free land concession to farmers and stockbreeders of 11 land plots in Ribeira de Vinha within the island of São Vicente. It establishes the right of ownership for land exploitation to specific farmers and stockbreeders, in order to maintain and rehabilitate the agricultural lands, increase and diversify cultivations and forage production, stimulate the improvement of agricultural and livestock production, fight the poverty, creating income generating activities and improving the local food security.

This Order, consisting of 6 articles and 1 Annex, authorizes the permanent and free land concession to 57 farmers and stockbreeders of land plots in Tchon D´Holanda, Ribeira de Vinha, within the island of São Vicente.

This Regulation concerns the procedure for the issue of the concessions required to use lands falling within public forest areas.

El presente Acuerdo aprueba el Manual para la elaboración de planes reguladores costeros en la zona marítimo terrestre, que constituyen el instrumento legal y técnico para alcanzar los objetivos de las políticas de ordenamiento territorial en procura de un desarrollo económico, social y ambiental equilibrado en la zona marítimo terrestre y áreas adyacentes.

El presente Reglamento establece los requisitos legales de visado de planos para la construcción de edificaciones en la Zona Marítimo Terrestre. El concesionario podrá construir tierra adentro de la línea de mojones que demarca el límite de la zona pública de la zona marítimo terrestre conforme al plan regulador.

La presente Ley de protección y uso sostenible del litoral, precisa el concepto de dominio público marítimo-terrestre, tanto en lo que se refiere a la zona marítimo-terrestre como a las playas. La ley establece que la zona marítimo-terrestre se fijará hasta donde alcancen las olas en los mayores temporales conocidos a partir de los criterios técnicos que se establezcan, añadiendo mayor certeza, seguridad y uniformidad en los deslindes.

These Norms approve the Legal and Fiscal Regime for Land Occupation and regulate the requests of concessions for unoccupied and uncultivated lands to be used for: agro-forestry/silvo-pastoralism, agricultural, livestock, or other purposes.

This Law, consisting of 3 Chapters, establishes norms for public lands and infrastructures selling and concession within the State of Rondônia. La presente Ley tiene como objeto normar las actividades mineras y metalúrgicas. Establece que el Estado ejerce dominio eminente, inalienable e imprescriptible, sobre todos los minerales que se encuentren en el territorio nacional, mar territorial, plataforma marítima continental y zona económica exclusiva y zona contigua.

El presente Decreto reglamenta el proceso de transición de la Dirección Ejecutiva de Fomento a la Minería (DEFOMIN) al Instituto Hondureño de Geología y Minas (INHGEOMIN), suspendiendo entre otras cosas el otorgamiento de todo tipo de concesiones.
