La Commission fédérale de géologie (CFG) est instituée par le Conseil fédéral. Elle accomplit les tâches suivantes: a) émettre des avis concernant des questions géologiques de principe, destinés au Conseil fédéral et aux départements de l’administration fédérale; b) mettre à disposition des bases géologiques pour des décisions d’importance; c) apprécier des expertises géologiques en toute neutralité. State Geodetic Survey over Geodetic and Cartographic Activity is carried out for the purpose of ensuring observance of the Russian Legislation on geodesy and cartography by all the parties involved in the sphere of relationship of geodesy and cartography. The Federal Service of Geodesy and Cartography carry out state Geodetic Survey. The main tasks of State Geodetic Survey are: 1).

La présente loi fixe les dispositions d'application de la loi fédérale du 5 octobre 2007 sur la géoinformation (LGéo) et règle le traitement des géodonnées de base relevant du droit cantonal ou communal.

Le présent règlement a pour objet l'application de la loi du 8 mai 2012 sur la géoinformation. L'annexe 1 concrétise le catalogue des géodonnées de base de droit fédéral en désignant les services dont relèvent la saisie, la mise à jour et la gestion des géodonnées de base de droit fédéral au niveau cantonal. L'annexe 2 contient le catalogue des géodonnées de base de droit cantonal et désigne les services dont relèvent la saisie, la mise à jour et la gestion de ces géodonnées.

This Ministerial Decree sets forth the modalities for the accurate determination and mapping of the effective position of coastlines. The crossline between the surface of surface waterbodies (seas, lakes, rivers, ponds and water reservoirs) and the surface of dry land shall be established depending upon the determined water edge. Effective position of sea coastline shall be established at the maximum level of high tide and in the absence of such phenomenon in accordance with the surf line.

This Order sets rules on administrative amendments and additions resulting from surveying companies operations. A survey company may only be established by private or partnership joint stock, or by merging with existing survey companies. A shareholder who no longer meets the requirements asked by the surveying company must ensure this is notified within 1 month.

For the purpose of regulating the issues of expropriation and allotment of the plots of land the President establishes that expropriation and allotment of agricultural land, land of protected areas, and forest estate land for the purpose not related to the purposeful use of the aforesaid categories of land shall be the competence of the President. The right to a plot of land origins from the date of the official state registration thereof. Change of the purposeful use of land allotted for subsidiary small-holding shall be prohibited.

This Decree states that the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources shall be charged with making a survey of the areas under risk of landslides in Baku and Absheron peninsula and producing maps to determine the geographic coordinates of these areas. The local authorities shall ensure the coordination with the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources to approve the construction projects in these areas in accordance with the Article 75.4 of the Code of Urban Planning and Construction.

This Decree validates the Statute of the Federal Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey. It establishes that the functioning of this Committee is regulated by the Russian Constitution, Laws, Rulings of the Congress of People's Deputies, Orders of the Supreme Soviet, Presidential and Governmental Decrees and Orders and by this Statute.

This Law establishes legal grounds for geodetic and cartographic activity and is aimed at supply of geodetic, cartographic and mapping materials to state bodies, other organizations and natural persons, including individual entrepreneurs. Objects of geodetic and cartographic activity shall be: (a) outer space, including distant zoning of the Earth; (b) geographic objects; (c) geodetic stations; and (geodetic and cartographic materials and data (Art. 4).

This Act establishes the Quantity Surveyors' Registration Board of Nigeria as a body corporate and defines its functions and powers. It also provides for registration of quantity surveyors by the Board and establishes the Disciplinary Committee and the Registered Quantity Surveyors Investigating Panel. The Committee shall be charged with the duty of considering and determining any case referred to it by the Panel. The Act also defines penalties for unprofessional conduct and grants regulation-making powers to the Minister.

Article 11.1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Boundaries of the area with identified objects of cultural heritage therein shall be validated by the district institution competent in the sphere of protection of cultural heritage. Data related to the aforesaid boundaries must contain textual description and graphic mapping”.
