This Law, composed of 31 articles, rules on Sanitation State Policy, considered as the overall actions, services and work aimed at reaching increasing levels of environmental sanitation through potable water supply, waste collection and disposal, health promotion in land use and land occupation. In particular, the Law institutes the State Sanitation Plan, the State Sanitation System (SESAN), and the State Sanitation Fund (FESAN).

The present Regulation establishes the modalities of carrying out state control over use and protection of land elaborated in accordance with Land Code and that is compulsory for the observance by all legal persons irrespectively of their subordination and form of property, and also by all natural persons and officials on the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan.

Le présent décret fixe les conditions et les modalités d'autorisation d'usage dans le cadre des dispositions de l'article 35 de la loi nº 84-12 du 23 juin 1984 portant régime général des forêts. L'autorisation d'usage est accordée pour une durée déterminée sur des parcelles délimitées, compatiblement avec la nature des activités de mise en valeur qui y seront mise en oeuvre, et notamment, les activités d'élevage (pépinière, petit élevage, élevage cynégétique), la création de vergers arboricoles et la plantation forestière.

This Resolution, composed of 3 articles and one Annex, authorizes the concession of public land located in maritime areas for the construction of ports and related infrastructure devoted to navigation. The concession shall last up to 60 years.

The purpose of this Act is to prevent potential danger and injury to public health and the environment due to the pollution of water and to properly manage and preserve the quality of public waters, i.e. rivers, lakes, marshes, harbors, ports, coastal areas and other waters used for public purposes, and to their contiguous waterways used for public purposes and prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Environment.

The Regulations are divided into 7 Parts: General provisions (I); Erosion and Sedimentation Control Plan (II); Erosion and sedimentation control measures and facilities (III); Cultural preservation measures (IV); Restoration (V); Permits (VI); Enforcement (VII).Article 3 lists interpretations. The Regulations shall apply to earthmoving operations as specified in article 4.

Land consolidation deemed necessary due to soil preservation and irrigation techniques are done in accordance to this rule. When land plots are extremely small and not allowing the implementation of irrigation techniques; when some plots in a project area could not access to roads and canals; if new canals and roads in a project would cut plots, then land aggregation is considered necessary. Final decision will be given by the government, upon a proposal by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs.

The Commissioner of Lands and Surveys may, on application made to him in writing and on payment of a fee of one dollar, grant to any person a permit to dig sand on national lands. Applications for permits to dig sand shall be made to the Commissioner in the form set out in Form 1 of the Schedule hereto. Permits shall be in the form as set out in Form 2 of the Schedule hereto and shall specify, inter alia, the period of validity, the place or places where sand may be dug in respect of the permit; and the conditions subject to which the permit is issued.

This Law establishes basic rules relative to the conservation and development of mountain areas in Romania. The mountain area of Romania is delimited in accordance with principles laid down in Government Decision No. 948 of 2002 and in accordance with criteria set out in article 1 of this Law.
