These Regulations implement the planning and land-use aspects of Directive 2012/18/EU of the European Parliament and the Council on the control of major accident hazards involving dangerous substances ("Seveso III Directive"). The non-planning aspects of the Seveso III Directive are implemented through The Control of Major-Accident Hazards Regulations 2015.

This Decree-Law, consisting of six Chapters, approves the Statute of the Special Administrative Region of Oe-Cusse Ambeno. Law No. 3/2014, of June 18, established the Special Administrative Region of Oe-Cussi Ambeno and the Special Economic Zone of Social Economy of Oecussi Ambeno and Atauro, setting the foundations that govern them, in accordance with the provisions the Constitution of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste. This Act concerns the protection of listed building and the designation and protection of conservation areas. It also concerns compulsory acquisition or acquisition by agreement of land for purposes of the Act.Every planning authority shall: (a) from time to time determine which parts of their district are areas of special architectural or historic interest the character or appearance of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance, and (b) designate such areas as conservation areas. Also the Secretary of State may in certain circumstances designate conservation areas.

These Rules makes minor amendments to the Town and Country Planning (Hazardous Substances Inquiry Session Procedure) (Scotland) Rules 2015 in rule 4 (notice of inquiry session and specified matters) and the Schedule (closed evidence).

These Regulations make provision in respect of requirements for urgent applications for works to buildings on Crown land which are listed or which are in conservation areas. Section 93 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 amended the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997 by inserting new section 73B. This section makes provision for urgent applications for works to buildings on Crown land which are listed or which are in conservation areas and provides for such applications to be made directly to the Scottish Ministers.

This Regulation, consisting of 10 Chapters, establishes the settlement of Transmigrant Land Title. The Regulation aims at the following matters: measuring and installing of border signs of land plots; procedures for land sharing; granting of certificate of land sharing; procedures for the property rights certificate.

This Law consisting of 56 articles divided in V Sections aims at establishing a land reclamation project to irrigate the land and prepare it for being cultivated. The Minister of Irrigation in agreement with the Minister of Agriculture and Agrarian Reform may decide land reclamation with a resolution announcing the date of commencement of works in the designed area and the body that undertakes or supervises them.

The present Ordinance implements the Land Use Planning and Construction Law of 7 March 1989. Article 3 establishes that the Construction, Environment and Economic Office provides the basis for the ecological planning and building. The text consists of 74 articles divided into 7 Parts as follows: Planning (I); Development (II); Land consolidation (III); Construction regulations (IV); Building permit and building permit proceedings (V); Costs (VI); Final provisions (VII). This Ordinance, made under the Land Planning and Development (Guernsey) Law, 2005, specifies development exempt from planning permission required for the carrying out of any development under the Law. Exemptions concern, among other things, clearing of trees for maintenance purposes, development in water treatment areas and fencing of agricultural land.

This Ordinance, made under sections 29(3) and (4), 31(2) and (3), 33(4) to (6), 35(2), 43(5), 81 and 89 of the Land Planning and Development (Guernsey) Law, 2005, concerns special development control for protected monuments and buildings and protected trees. The Ordinance, among other things, defines the content of Tree Protection Orders and the effect of such Orders and sets out procedures after the making of an Order and in respect of confirmation of an Order. A register of Tree Protection Orders shall be kept by the States of Guernsey Environment Department.
