Le présent décret modifie les statuts de l'Etablissement public d'aménagement de la Plaine du Var. Les statuts de l'établissement fixent désormais à six ans la durée du mandat des administrateurs et à quatre ans la durée du mandat du président du conseil d'administration et des vice-présidents élus en son sein. Il prévoit également que le premier vice-président est le représentant de l'Etat désigné par le ministre chargé de l'urbanisme.

These Regulations amend the Town and Country Planning (Local Development Plan) (Wales) Regulations 2005, which make provision for the operation of a new system of local development plans established by the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Amendments concern, among other things, inclusion of a marine plan prepared by the Welsh Ministers under Part 3 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 in the list of matters to which the Local Planning Authority must have regard in preparing a Local Development Plan.

The purpose of the present Act is the economic and expedient use of the soil; the protection and care of the environment and, in particular the conservation or reinstatement of the sustainable purity of the air, water and soil, as well as the avoidance of noise; the conservation or reinstatement of a healthy nature, the protection of the indigenous fauna and flora and their natural living spaces, of the cultural heritage and, finally, in particular that of housing and recreational areas.

The present Ordinance enforces the Burgenland Building Law (LGBl. No. 10/1998). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to building technology and building equipment, as well as to special environmental, health and energy requirements of buildings. Furthermore, the Ordinance also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Ordinance.

These Regulations amend the Town and Country Planning (Determination of Appeals by Appointed Persons) (Prescribed Classes) (Scotland) Regulations 2010 in regulation 2 by extending those classes of appeal which are to be determined by persons appointed for the purpose by the Scottish Ministers instead of being determined by the Scottish Ministers to include appeals under section 5B of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997.

These Rules set out the procedures to be followed in connection with local inquiries held for the purposes of certain applications and appeals under the Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Scotland) Act 1997. The Rules concern procedural matters of inquiries held in connection with: (a) applications referred to the Scottish Ministers under section 18 of the Hazardous Substances Act; and (b) appeals under section 19 of the Act and regulation 43 of the Town and Country Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

This Decree-Law, consisting of six Chapters, approves the Statute of the Special Administrative Region of Oe-Cusse Ambeno. Law No. 3/2014, of June 18, established the Special Administrative Region of Oe-Cussi Ambeno and the Special Economic Zone of Social Economy of Oecussi Ambeno and Atauro, setting the foundations that govern them, in accordance with the provisions the Constitution of the Democratic Republic of Timor-Leste. This Act concerns the protection of listed building and the designation and protection of conservation areas. It also concerns compulsory acquisition or acquisition by agreement of land for purposes of the Act.Every planning authority shall: (a) from time to time determine which parts of their district are areas of special architectural or historic interest the character or appearance of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance, and (b) designate such areas as conservation areas. Also the Secretary of State may in certain circumstances designate conservation areas.

Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Urgent Works to Crown Land) (Scotland) Regulations 2015 (S.S.I. No. 240 of 2015).

These Regulations make provision in respect of requirements for urgent applications for works to buildings on Crown land which are listed or which are in conservation areas. Section 93 of the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004 amended the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) (Scotland) Act 1997 by inserting new section 73B. This section makes provision for urgent applications for works to buildings on Crown land which are listed or which are in conservation areas and provides for such applications to be made directly to the Scottish Ministers.
