La presente Ley declara de interés nacional la promoción del acceso a la propiedad formal y su inscripción registral con el fin de garantizar los derechos de todos los ciudadanos a la propiedad y al ejercicio de la iniciativa privada en una economía social de mercado, y crea la Comisión de Formalización de la Propiedad Informal (COFOPRI), como organismo rector máximo encargado de diseñar y ejecutar de manera integral, comprehensiva y rápida un programa de formalización de la propiedad y de su mantenimiento dentro de la formalidad.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el texto único ordenado de la Ley de promoción del acceso a la propiedad formal y su inscripción registral.

This Legislative Decree aims at regulating the right of disposal over private state ownership lands. The present Legislative Decree is composed of 7 articles. Article 1 defines private state ownership lands. Articles 2-4 prohibit the disposal of private state ownership lands by State Bodies, physical or juridical persons unless royal order has been obtained.

La presente Resolución establece el procedimiento para tramitar los ofrecimientos de primera opción de compra de terrenos a la Autoridad Nacional del Ambiente, cuando se localicen en el Sistema Nacional de Áreas Protegidas (SINAP).

The Premier decrees to validate the following forms of land certificates: (a) private land ownership certificate; (b) permanent land use certificate; (c) temporary charged (long-term, short-term) land use (lease); (d) temporary free-of-charge land use.

This Ministerial Decree establishes basic prices for the plots of land for the concession thereof into private ownership (Annexes 1 and 2) and basic land charges for the plots of public land conceded on lease that must be equal to land tax. Annual rent rate shall be calculated as 100-120% of the basic land lease rate.

A basic Act concerning real property in the province of Manitoba. In particular, its objects are to simplify the title to land, to give certainty thereto, to facilitate the proof thereof, and to expedite dealings therewith; and the Act shall be construed in a manner to best give effect to those objects.

This Ministerial Decree shall be applicable to land auctions regarding sale of the plots of public land or the lease right thereto and regarding the plots of non-allotted public land. Kazakhstan nationals and private legal persons shall be authorized to participate in land auctions prior registration while foreign natural and legal persons, and stateless persons shall be authorized to participate in land auctions exclusively if the aforesaid persons have the right to own or to have the right of lease of the plots of land destined for sale in accordance with land legislation.

La presente Ley modifica la Ley de propiedad, en el sentido de adicionar el artículo 28-A referido a los registros a ser administrados por el Instituto de la Propiedad.

La presente Ley tiene como objetivos la protección, el desarrollo y el fortalecimiento de la actividad platanera. Para ello, introduce normas tendientes a garantizar la seguridad en la tenencia de la tierra. En particular, declara inafectables e inexpropiables las tierras nacionales, ejidales o de propiedad privada dedicadas al cultivo del plátano. Asimismo, establece disposiciones para la adjudicación en dominio pleno de predios cultivados con plátano.

This Act makes provision for certain aspects regarding debts of insolvent estates of deceased persons. It lays down rules for the administration of estates (by court), defines rights of secured and unsecured creditors in respect of an estate but provides that this Act shall not prejudice any lien, charge or other security that a creditor may hold for the securement of the debt.

The aim of this Legislative Decree is to regulate the appropriation of land by foreigners. The present Decree is composed of 5 articles. Article 1 allows foreigners to appropriate lands in the Kingdom of Bahrain according to requirements and conditions which should be issued by the Council of Ministries. Article 2 defines the conditions and requirements for the appropriation of lands by foreign juridical persons. Articles 3-5 contain general provisions.
