La presente Resolución aprueba los formatos de certificados de títulos, constancias anotadas, certificación con reserva de prioridad, certificación de registro de acreedores, registro complementario, resoluciones, decisiones y otras actuaciones de carácter administrativo.

La presente Resolución regula el proceso de liquidación de los expedientes pendientes y en trámites de la jurisdicción inmobiliaria, facultando a tal fin a los presidentes de los tribunales superiores de tierras a designar los jueces liquidadores correspondientes a la demarcación territorial a su cargo, en coordinación con la Dirección General de la Carrera Judicial.

La presente Resolución aprueba el Reglamento para el control y reducción de constancias anotadas, que es el documento emitido por el Registro de Títulos que, sin contar con designación catastral propia ni con un plano individual de mensura debidamente aprobado, acredita la existencia de un derecho de propiedad sobre una porción de parcela.

La presente Resolución aprueba el Reglamento General de Mensuras y Catastro, y tiene por objeto regular el funcionamiento de la Dirección Nacional de Mensuras y Catastro, así como el procedimiento y la forma en que se registren los trabajos de mensura, de modificaciones parcelarias y divisiones para la constitución de condominio.

The aim of this Implementing Regulation is to regulate land registration. This Regulation is composed of 4 Sections divided into 44 articles. Section I deals with land ownership, maps, documents and data including information related to wells, palms and other cultivated plants. Section II refers to the legal procedures and administrative steps necessary for land registration. Section III provides for ownership documents. Section IV pertains to land division and expropriation.

The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the registration of land. This Resolution is composed of 2 Sections divided into 6 articles. Section I deals with survey procedures in particular: (a) competencies and duties of the Survey Department; (b) competencies and duties of surveyors; (c) survey registration and fees; (d) modification or correction of survey maps; and (e) measuring operations. Section II pertains to land maps and ownership documents.

The present Act requires the Mariana Public Land Corporation to waive prior requirements or limitations regarding agricultural homesteads for persons that can demonstrate that for a continuous period of 15 years they have actually occupied public land and used for agricultural purposes. This change in law strenghtens rights of persons that have been relocated by the Government in respect of land occupied by them. The land in question shall be transferred by the Corporation by deed to the persons that have occupied the land.

La presente Ley tiene por objeto derogar la Ley que establece las disposiciones que rigen el proceso general para la planificación y gestión de la ordenación del territorio, en concordancia con las realidades ecológicas y los principios, criterios, objetivos estratégicos del desarrollo sustentable.

The scope of this Law shall be to ensure the rational management of agricultural land, development of land market and land consolidation. This Act shall not be applicable to purchase of land in the gardening associations. The following categories of land managers shall have the state support in the form of instalment selling of the public land for the period of 15 years: (a) natural persons registered as farmers; and (b) legal persons manufacturing agricultural commodities annual sale proceeds of which exceeds 50 percent of annual income thereof.

This Law regulates purchase of land by the foreign legal and natural persons, and also by foreign institutions and organizations that have no status of legal person but have legal capacity. It also establishes terms, conditions and restrictions on the purchase of land by foreigners. The Act consists of four Chapters divided into 17 Articles: (1) general provisions; (2) right of foreigners to purchase land, internal water and forest; (3) temporary provisions regarding the right of foreigners to purchase non-agricultural land; and (4) final provisions.

This Law regulates land registration and restriction of the right of ownership. In the Register of immovable property shall be recorded plots of land that have been attributed cadastre number (Art. 9). The following rights shall be recorded in the Register: (a) ownership; (b) servitude; (c) usufruct; (d) mortgage; and (e) long-term rent (Art. 11).

Item 1 of the Article 6 of Land Code shall acquire a new wording: “Plot of land can be the object of purchase and sale, gift, exchange, mortgage and other commercial transactions and can be transferred as succession with restrictions imposed by this Code.” Item 5 of the Article 6 of Law of the Kyrgyz Republic on effectuation of the Land Code of the Kyrgyz Republic shall acquire a new wording: “5.
