La presente Ley crea el Bono de Formalización Inmobiliaria (BFI), que consiste en la ayuda económica directa no reembolsable, otorgada por el Estado con criterio de utilidad pública, que se destinará exclusivamente para formalizar en el Registro de Predios de la Superintendencia Nacional de Registros Públicos (SUNARP), la declaratoria de edificación existente y su independización como unidad inmobiliaria.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the conversion of lease into property in agricultural enterprises. Article 1 establishes the necessary conditions for such a conversion and in particular that the lease will have lasted for not less than six years. The text consists of 4 articles.

This Law provides conditions by which compensation for restrictions on economic activities in protected territories established by the State or local governments shall be granted and the procedures for granting such compensation. Compensation granted for restrictions on economic activities in protected territories shall be divided as follows: (a) reimbursement; and (b) exchange of a land parcel situated in a protected territory to an equivalent land parcel owned by the State or local government.

The Law establishes that immovable properties shall be entered in Land Registers and the rights related thereto shall be corroborated therein. Land Registers shall be available to everyone and the entries thereof shall be publicly reliable. Management of Land Registers shall be under the jurisdiction of the Land Register offices of regional courts. Each immovable property shall be entered in the Land Register in such Land Register office in the district of which it is located.

Les droits de propiété de terres du Domaine Foncier Rural acquis antérieurement à la loi nº 98-750 sont maintenus. et les propriétairtes figurent sur une liste établie par décret. Les détenteurs de certificats fonciers ruraux sur le périmètres mitoyens doivent être requis d'exercer un droit de préemption.

This Law prescribes the procedures by which the land regained or privatised by natural persons or legal persons, the land of the State and local governments, as well as apartments and buildings (structures), which are located on this land or in the land, shall be recorded in the land Registers. Rights related to immovable property shall be corroborated in the Land Register in accordance with the requirements specified in the Land Register Law, taking into account the provisions of this Law.

El presente Decreto tiene por objeto reglamentar la Ley Nº 1.715 del Servicio Nacional de Reforma Agraria, regulando los aspectos relacionados con los procedimientos agrarios administrativos. Asimismo, establece el carácter social del derecho agrario, el que consiste, entre otras cosas, en la equidad en el derecho de acceso y tenencia de la tierra de mujeres y hombres, con preferencia a quienes no la tienen o la tienen insuficientemente (art. 3º).

Le régime juridique de la propriété foncière privée non titrée est celui qui s’applique aux terrains qui ne sont ni immatriculés, ni cadastrés, et dont l’occupation est constatée par une procédure définie par la présente loi.

Le présent décret fixe les modalités d’application de la loi n°60-004 du 15 février 1960 relative au domaine privé national. Le service des domaines est chargé de gérer les biens appartenant à l’Etat ainsi que ceux qu’il détient sous l’expectative d’une appropriation définitive à l’expiration d’un certain délai. Cette gestion s’applique également à tous les biens sur lesquels l’Etat exerce un pouvoir d’attribution ou de surveillance, tels que les biens des contumax.

Les fonctionnaires des cadres de l’Etat, les agents auxiliaires de l’Etat, des provinces, des communes, les agents permanents des établissements publics, les officiers et les sous officiers des forces armées peuvent acquérir librement des propriétés privées, en les achetant, soit de gré à gré, soit à des ventes aux enchères publiques.

This Law regulates the activity of public municipal services, including water abstraction and supply of potable water, sewage and thermal energy supply. Plots of land required for rendering of public municipal services shall be expropriated and transferred under public ownership. Public municipal services shall be based upon the following principles: (a) sustainability; (b) accountability and legality; (c) local autonomy; (d) decentralization; and (e) environmental protection and rational management of natural resources.

El presente Decreto modifica el Reglamento de Áreas Protegidas de Nicaragua en lo que se refiere específicamente a las áreas protegidas de la Costa Atlántica de Nicaragua y los Ríos Bocay, Coco, Indio y Maíz, las cuales se regirán conforme a lo dispuesto en la Ley Nº 445, Ley del Régimen de Propiedad Comunal de los Pueblos Indígenas y Comunidades Étnicas.
