This Act concerns the development of land described in the Schedule. Section 3 provides for the creation of the Bermuda Land Development Company Limited. The general purpose of the Company is to manage, or oversee the management of, the land entrusted to it with a view: (a) generally, to the integration of that land into the economic and social fabric; (b) in particular, to the creation of opportunities for increased employment now and in the future, in furtherance of the well-being of the present and future generations of Bermudians.

This Act consolidates and reforms the law about the registration of land and interests in land. It consists of 220 sections and is divided into 14 Parts and completed by two Schedules. Under Part 2, the Registrar-General is required to keep a land register and has the power to hold inquiries and to demand fees. Part 3 is dedicated to the operation of the land registrar, Part 4 to the registration of lands, Part 5 to joint holders and Part 6 to transfer, leases, mortgages, easements and trusts.

This Act, consisting of 243 sections divided into fourteen Parts and completed by twenty-eight Schedules, provides for the consolidation of the law relating to the simplification of the title to and the dealing with estates in land in Western Australia. This Act does not apply to the registration of rights over land in respect of minerals, petroleum, geothermal energy or geothermal energy resources; or prevent or otherwise affect the system of registration under other Acts of mining, petroleum or geothermal energy rights in respect of land whether Crown, freehold or leasehold.

This Act makes provision with respect to actions that may be undertaken to have a claim in ownership in land be recognized by the High Court. If the action is successful, the Court shall issue a certificate of title. The Act makes provision with respect to, among other things, evidence of title, legal proceedings, evidence of adverse claims, inspection, advertisement and (claims for) compensation.

Article 24 shall be amended to add the following wording: “in cases when organizations can be pledge holders of the plots of land, and of the right of lease of the plots of land”. Article 50 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Pledge holders of the plots of land, and of the right of lease of the plots of land can be banks complying with the requirements established by the President of the Republic of Belarus, and also other organizations in cases established by legislative acts promulgated by the President of the Republic of Belarus”.

This Act confers powers upon the President of Kenya to grant title or other rights in Government lands, provides for the appointment of a Commissioner of Lands and such other officers as may be necessary for the administration of this Act and defines procedures and other requirements such as registration in respect to grant of title or other rights in Government land.The Act consists of 149 sections divided into 11 Parts.The President may make grants or dispositions of any estates, interests or rights in or over unalienated Government land in accordance with section 3.

This Act makes provision with respect to distress for the recovery of any rent or rent service in arrear and due upon a grant, lease, demise or contract. This Act shall apply also to lease of any land used for agricultural or pastoral purposes. One of the remedies available to the creditor is to instruct a licensed auctioneer to seize and secure any stock or crops loose and not attached to the land under lease. Rules for proper distress action are given and wrongful distraint is declared to be an offence and shall be punished in accordance with provisions of this Act.
