Somali Youth Development Foundation (SYDF) is a Local Non- profit, Non-governmental and Humanitarian organization founded by a faculty of Somali professionals and was officially launched in the year 2007 in Somalia and 2013 in Kenya and 2017 accredited By Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) United Nations also 2018 accredited by UNEP,UNFCCC and UNCCD 2020 by the youth for the youth in which all young people are valued, respected, and treated with dignity.

The Horn of Africa Regional Environment Centre and Network (HoA-REC&N) focuses on environmental concerns and sustainable development options within the Horn of Africa. The Centre is an autonomous institution under Addis Ababa University. It facilitates, strengthens and advocates for initiatives related to land use planning, integrated water resources management, ecosystem management, climate change and energy and value chains for sustainable products and services.

L’Institut d’économie rurale (IER), créé en 1960, est une institution de recherche ayant pour mission de contribuer à la productivité agricole par des recherches mieux adaptées aux besoins du monde rural. Elle vise aussi la préservation des ressources naturelles et l’accroissement de la sécurité alimentaire et les revenus des agriculteurs. The Rift Valley Institute (RVI) is an independent, non-profit organization, founded in Sudan in 2001, currently working in seven countries in Eastern and Central Africa. The aim of the Institute is to advance useful knowledge of the region and its diverse communities, bringing a better understanding of local realities to bear on social and political action. The RVI works with institutions in the region to develop and implement long-term programmes that combine action-oriented research with education and public information.

Displacement Solutions (DS) works with climate displaced persons, communities, governments and the UN to find rights-based land solutions to climate displacement. DS also works to empower displaced people and refugees to exercise their right to return and have restored to them their original homes, lands and properties through reliance on the right to restitution. DS works together with and on behalf of people who have been displaced not only by conflict, forced eviction or other human rights abuses, but also natural disaster, climate change or other circumstances beyond their control.
