Cutting 11,494.55 hectares in Trapaeng Chou and Ta Sal communes of Oaral district in Kampong Speu province: (1) 10,819.48 hectares cutting from Oaral Wildlife Sanctuary of Royal Decreee dated 01 November 1993, (2) 565.96 hectares from HLH company, (3) 37.59 hectares from Great Field company, (4) 66.56 hectares from Future Environment, and (5) 4.96 hectares from Yee Jia company, for reclassifying 6,101.82 hectares as state private land for granting donation to 2,699 families who have actual occupation and cultiation, and for reserving 5,392.73 hectares as state public land.

Determining 8,568 hectares as sustainable use zones in Preah Soramrith Kosamak "Kirirom" National Park in Kampong Speu and Preah Sihanouk provinces, and granting the land for investment in pine rasin exploitation, clearance and changing to plant more pine trees and establishing pine rasin processing factory to Jian King (Cambodia) International Investment Co., Ltd.

Reclassifying 8,200 hectares as state private land in Sro Yaong and Phnom Tbeng 2 communes of Kulen district and Phnom Tbeng 1 of Sangkum Thmey district of Preah Vihear province for rubber and other crops plantation investment.

Reclassifying 9,996 hectares of land in Snoul, Sre Char and Kzem communes of Snoul district in Kratie province for rubber, acasia and teak plantation.

Determining 9,237 hectares as sustainable use zones in Kulen-Prumtep Wildlife Sanctuary in Preah Vihear province, and granting the land for agro-industry investment to Cambodia Dawn Plantation Ltd.

Reclassifying 7,359 hectares as state private land in Sro Yaong commune of Kulen district in Preah Vihear province for rubber plantation investment.

Reclassifying 3,000 hectares as state private land in Banteay Chhmar Nature Protection Area in Thmar Puok district, Banteay Meanchey province for agro-industry investment under lease or concession condition.

Reclassifying 739 hectares as state private land in Raksmey Samky commune of Oaral district in Kampong Speu province for Trees plantation investment.

Reclassifying 6,328 hectares as state private land located in Koun kreal commune, Samrong district, Oudor Meanchey province for investment in sugar plantation and construction of sugar factory.

Determining 8,687 hectares as sustainable use zones in Beoung Per Wildlife Sanctuary in Kampong Thom, Preah Vihear and Siem Reap provinces; and 4,700 hectares as sustainable use zones in Oaral Wildlife Sanctuary in Kampong Speu province, and granting the land rubber plantation investment to 4 companies (5,095 hectares in Beoung Per to Bean Heak Investment Co., Ltd; 1,946 hectares in Beoung Per to CRCK 2 Aphivath Caoutchouc Co., Ltd; 1,646 hectares in Beoung Per to Rethy Kranite (Cambodia) Co., Ltd; and 4,700 hectares in Oaral to Kampong Speu Sugar Co., Ltd).
