To amend various laws under the administration of the Minister of Rural Development and Land Reform, so as to substitute certain obsolete definitions to ensure legal certainty; to effect certain consequential amendments in this regard; and to provide for matters connected therewith. To provide for the temporary protection of certain rights to and interests in land which are not otherwise adequately protected by law; and to provide for matters connected therewith

This Government Decree establishes that Agency for Technical Supervision shall be an administrative body subordinated to the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure responsible for implementation of state policy in the areas pertaining to its competence. The Agency's mission is to ensure the implementation of state policy in the spheres of its competence in the order and in the limits established by the regulatory framework.

This Decree-Law, redefines the Southern Integral Tourism Development Zone (ZDTI) of "Baia das Gatas" within the island of São Vicente. It establishes new configuration of the above mentioned zone, taking into account that the previous amendment did not take into account the people agglomeration of the Northern ZDTI of the Baia das Gatas that is contained in the Southern ZDTI.

Se faculta a la Dirección de Agropecuaria, Bosques e Industrias a adoptar las medidas necesarias para asegurar la conservación de los suelos y el mantenimiento de su capacidad productiva.

La presente Resolución prorroga la delegación de la función de conocimiento y cartografía geológica del subsuelo colombiano, en materia de hidrocarburos a la Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos (ANH), hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2014.

This Government Regulation, consisting of 47 articles divided into nine Chapters, implements Law No. 32 of 2009 on Protection and Environmental Management, and aims at protecting and managing Peatlands ecosystems. Planning of Peatland Ecosystem Protection and Management is done through the following stages: 1. Peatland Ecosystem inventory; 2. Determination of the function of the Peat Ecosystem; and 3. Drafting and establishing the Peatland Ecosystem Protection and Management plan.

This Government Regulation amends several articles of Government Regulation of the R.I. No. 71 of 2014 on Protection and Management of Ecosystem of Peat lands. Amendments deal with several aspects of the above mentioned Regulation, such as: requirements, definitions of Peat ecosystem which is a peat element structure which is an integral whole that affects each other in shaping the balance, stability, productivity, etc. Hydrological Unity Peat is a peat ecosystem located between two rivers, between rivers and seas and/or on swamps.

This Act stipulates that the whole of the Fingo Location shall re-vest in the Governor on 1st August 1940 and shall be deemed to be surrendered to the Governor, and every right, title or interest in any such original holding shall be extinguished (sect. 3). Persons who where owner of an original holding, their heirs, or persons recommended for the award of a plot of land by the Land Board appointed to be the Commission for the purposes of this Act under section 5 shall, subject to this Act, be awarded a plot of land (sect. 4). The Order applies to the application for appointing survey and cadaster land inspectors. These requests shall be submitted to the National Survey and Cadaster authorities in order to obtain professional international authorization of duty qualification. Provisions of the Order shall also apply to the application for the appointment of candidates originating from other EU countries, or from countries with which an agreement has been established with regard to the regulation of the land inspector profession.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Land Act, 2012, with respect to a variety of matters including administration of public land and private land, conversion of freehold or leasehold tenure, compulsory acquisition, settlement programmes, easements and analogous rights, and evictions from unlawfully occupied public land.The National Land Commission shall keep and maintain a data base of all public land and an inventory of land based natural resources.

This Order establishes the modalities of protection, removal or reconstruction of land survey stations. Registration and protection of land survey stations shall pertain to the competence of the authorized state institution. Land plot on which is located land survey station and strip of land 1 meter wide around it shall be considered protection area of land survey station. Owners of land areas where land survey stations are located must timely inform the competent authority of any damages to or unauthorized removal of land survey stations.
