El presente Decreto Ley tiene por objeto generar el marco legal e institucional de la política pública de atención integral, protección, reparación integral y restitución de derechos territoriales para los pueblos y comunidades indígenas como sujetos colectivos y a sus integrantes individualmente considerados.

The present Ordinance implements the law on land survey and land cadastre of 1 March 2006. Article 1 establishes that the Land Survey Office is the competent authority. The present Ordinance consists of 29 articles divided in 7 Parts as follows: Competence and cooperation (1); Tasks and responsibilities (2); Provision and use of basic geodata (3); Real property survey (4); Discovery of property proceedings (5); Security, storage and archiving (6); Final provisions (7).

These Regulations amend the Regulations made under the Sectional Titles Act, 1986 with respect to a wide variety of matters including: sectional mortgage bonds; forms for certificates and other documents issued or made under the Act; management rules set out in Annexure 8; and registration of documents. They also insert new provisions on: replacement of a schedule for a lost or destroyed schedule of servitudes and conditions referred to in section 11(3)(b) of the Act; and replacement of documentation referred to in section 25(2) of the Act.

La presente Decreto tiene por objeto reglamentar la Ley Nº 1.448 en relación con la restitución de tierras, y dirigir las actuaciones administrativas destinadas a incluir en el Registro de Tierras Despojadas y Abandonadas Forzosamente los predios debidamente identificados, las personas cuyos derechos sobre estos fueron afectados, el tiempo o período de influencia armada en relación con el predio, el tiempo de vinculación de los solicitantes con el predio y toda la información complementaria para la inscripción en el registro y el proceso de restitución.

La presente Ley se aplica a todas las personas físicas y jurídicas que, por sí o por interpósita persona, posean tierras rurales, sea para usos o producciones agropecuarias, forestales, turísticas u otros usos, en el territorio de la República Argentina.

Il est créé, en la forme administrative, par le présent décret, des actes littéraux de contrôle de la gestion foncière qui constituent des documents secondaires du cadastre national foncier. Les actes littéraux de contrôle de la gestion foncière sont des documents par lesquels les services du cadastre et du domaine de l’Etat procèdent au contrôle des transactions foncières. La délivrance des actes littéraux créés par le présent décret donne lieu à une perception des frais par l’Etat. Une procédure de contrôle de la gestion foncière est aussi établie.

The present Ordinance lays down detailed provisions relating to fees and costs of authorities and engineers carrying out cadastral surveys and mapping. The present Act lays down provisions relating to demarcation and zoning of land, especially used in the new Länder of the former German Democratic Republic where huge collective areas needed to change their boundaries. The text consists of 23 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: Separation of land and right of use (1); Execution of land separation (2); Effects of land separation (3); Legal protection, relation to other proceedings (4).

The present Law lays down provisions relating to land survey and cadastre in Sachsen-Anhalt. In particular, article 1 establishes that the Survey and Cadastre Authority is responsible for the national survey of land and the running of the land survey register. The text consists of 22 articles divided into 4 Parts as follows: General provisions (I); Land survey (II); Land survey register (III); Final provisions (IV).

The present Ordinance implements the Sachsen-Anhalt Land Survey Cadastre Law of 22 May 1992. Article 2 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that the mandatory content of the cadastre (property data) consists of, inter alia, the geometrical data, descriptive data, ownership information and Land Registry data. The text, consisting of 12 articles, deals, inter alia, with the following aspects: content of land survey register, designation of boundaries, marking, protocol of land boundaries, expropriation proceedings.

This Decree amends the Land Transfer Act in section 159 by adding 8 new subsections in relation with the registration of an easement over a subdivisional lot by the Registrar and compensation or legal proceedings in relation with a decision of the Registrar to register such easement.

Amends: Land Transfer Act. (1979)

This Act provides for the registration of documents by the Office of the Registrar-General and provides for the keeping and inspection of such documents. The Registrar-General shall be the authority for, among other things: recording and registering mortgages and other conditional conveyances of property under the Mortgage Registration Act 1786; recording and registering voluntary conveyances of land under the Conveyancing Act 1983; deposit of memoranda respecting the acquisition or disposal of land by bodies corporate under the Corporate Bodies' Lands Act.
