This National Plan of Action, based on the Global Program of Action to protect the marine environment from land-based activities, is developed through a collaborative and participatory approach between government agencies, local institutions and private sector in partnership with the U.S. National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA)-GPA Program Office. It sets out in detail the hydrological conditions of Belize, institutional and legal framework, biodiversity and other elements of importance to implementation of the NPA.

These guidelines contain principles of and rules for the management and conservation of river banks and lake shores in Uganda They define functions and duties of Environment Officers and Local Councils and the duties of landowners notably in respect of: (a) soil engineering; (b) agroforestry; (c) mulching; (d) bunding; (e) grassing; (f) control of livestock grazing; and (g) terracing. Specified activities with respect to river banks and lake shores are controlled. Government or a local government shall not lease out or otherwise alienate any river bank and lake shores.

This national Policy for the water sector in Cambodia sets out a vision, fundamental principles, current situation and policies regarding development and management of freshwater resources and water demand and supply in Cambodia. The Policy, however, also contains a Chapter on water-related hazards and one on the management of coastal and marine waters. It also states the importance of sanitation for all, addresses water pollution and international aspects of water.

These Regulations, consisting of 12 sections, establish the requirements and conditions to request and benefit from an authorisation to entry to the Titi Islands and other islands adjacent to Stewart Island mentioned in the deed of cession of Stewart Island dated 29 June 1864. Beneficiaries are Rakiura Maori who hold a succession order from the Maori Land Court entitling him/her to any beneficial interest in any beneficial island. In particular, it deals with the birding season establishing a period commencing on 1 April in any year and ending with 31 May in the same year.

This Act declares all the lands within 100 metres limit of the 1967 shoreline of Nigeria and any other land reclaimed from any lagoon, sea or ocean in or bordering Nigeria or of oceans bordering the Federal Republic of Nigeria, to the exclusion of any right accruing to any body corporate or unincorporate or industry, to vest in the Federal Government of Nigeria.
