El presente Decreto Supremo modifica en materia de costos y procedimientos de registración la reglamentación que establece procedimientos especiales y demás disposiciones necesarias para la aplicación de la exoneración del pago de tasas u otros cobros en procesos de formalización de predios urbanos informales.

The present Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the charging of fees for services rendered by land surveying offices in Bavaria. The text consists of 16 articles.

El presente Decreto Supremo reglamenta parcialmente la Ley que amplía la vigencia del Régimen Extraordinario al Organismo de Formalización de la Propiedad Informal (COFOPRI), con el objeto de establecer los procedimientos especiales y demás disposiciones reglamentarias necesarias para la aplicación de la exoneración del pago de tasas u otros cobros en materia de formalización en las zonas afectadas por los sismos del 15 de agosto de 2007.

The present Law provides the legal framework for the development and operation of the geo-data infrastructure of Schleswig-Holstein being part of the national geo-data infrastructure. This Order establishes data freely available by the Minister of Environment to public administrations, businesses and individuals with regard to Survey and Cadastre surveying and mapping of land, as well as to payment thereof.

Agricultural and rural regulations in Greece are governed by a scattered legislation, making its use and application difficult. Such situation does not correspond to the modern needs, since the management of the agricultural immovable property is applied through the Rural Code which was ratified in 1949, together with certain legislative provisions on rural development during the ’70s and ’80s. La presente Resolución aprueba los Manuales de Levantamiento Catastral Urbano, Levantamiento Catastral Rural, Protocolo de Actuación en el Levantamiento Catastral, Mantenimiento Catastral, Actualización Catastral y Estándares Cartográficos Aplicados al Catastro, que deberán cumplir las Entidades Generadoras de Catastro del Perú.

These Regulations consolidate and revoke the Land Registration Rules 1972. They define the contents of registers in which land title rights shall be registered. The registers shall consist of information required by the Registration of Deeds and Title Acts 1964 and 2006 and these Rules to be recorded in respect of each ownership registered under those Acts. They also, among other things, provide in respect of registry offices, procedures of registration, effect of registration, transmission on death, dealings with registered property and other matters regarding rights affecting land.

These Regulations concern action, other than a non-contentious action, for the grant of probate of the will or of letters of administration of the estate of a deceased person, for the revocation of a grant or for a decree pronouncing for or against the validity of an alleged will. They also concern administration of estates of the estate of a deceased person. There is established a Probate Registry in which all applications and grants and all matters connected therewith are registered.
