This Decree provides for the content of the land use register which is a computerized data base. It consists of a land use sheet and a collection of documents. Part I of the land use sheet contains data regarding the land user, Part II contains information by plots. Articles 6-16/A lays down the rules of registration, while Articles 17-19/B provides for supplying of data from the register.

Regional Law No. 344 “On the objects of cultural heritage”.

This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of state protection, conservation management and promotion of the objects of cultural heritage. Objects of cultural heritage shall include historical land-use planning of urban and inhabited areas, landscape architecture and urban forests. Authorized regional state institution in the sphere of objects of cultural heritage shall be responsible for management, protection and conservation thereof. Objects of cultural heritage shall be subject to mandatory state registration and monitoring.

El presente Decreto Legislativo aprueba el Texto Refundido de las Leyes de Ordenación del Territorio de Canarias y de Espacios Naturales de Canarias, que tiene por objeto en la Comunidad Autónoma de Canarias: establecer el régimen jurídico general de los Espacios Naturales de Canarias; regular la actividad administrativa en materia de ordenación de los recursos naturales, territorial y urbanística; y definir el régimen jurídico urbanístico de la propiedad del suelo y vuelo, de acuerdo con su función social.

This Regional Law regulates the issues of conservation, protection and management of the objects of cultural heritage. La presente Ley establece el marco normativo para promover el cumplimiento de la función social de la tierra fiscal, mediante su arrendamiento y enajenación en forma progresiva y orgánica a favor de los auténticos trabajadores del campo. El objetivo principal de la Ley es la protección del campesinado y la reactivación de la tierra fiscal. En este contexto se fija el principio en virtud del cual la tierra no debe constituir un bien de renta sino un instrumento de trabajo.
