These Regulations, made by the Minister under section 21 of the Cadastral Survey Act, concerns a memorandum of survey or survey report, which shall be drawn up, in such form and manner as the Chief Surveyor may approve and in accordance with these Regulations. The two originals of every memorandum of survey or survey report shall be registered by the land surveyor within 14 days of the completion of the survey. The Permanent Secretary shall endorse every memorandum or report of survey received by him or her.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to land survey in Hamburg. Article 1 of the afore-mentioned Law establishes that the tasks of surveying bodies are the establishment, management and delivery of geo-data including the necessary surveying work. The text consists of 20 articles divided into 3 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Geo-basis data, cadastre (2); Other provisions (3).

This Order designates offices as proper offices for the receipt of for the receipt of specified descriptions of applications under the Land Registration Act 2002 by registrar. This Order applies to any application to the registrar except an application delivered to the registrar: (a) in accordance with a written arrangement as to delivery made between the registrar and the applicant or between the registrar and the applicant’s conveyancer; or (b) under the provision of any relevant notice given under Schedule 2 to the Land Registration Rules 2003.

Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that in all county courts in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern the land registers shall be computerized. The text consists of 5 articles.

Article 1 of the present Ordinance establishes that for official acts carried out by Geological Service of the Environment, Nature Protection and Geology Office in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern fees shall be charged. The text consists of 2 articles and 1 Annex.

These Regulations provide with respect to integrated licensing by the Environmental Protection Agency of integrated pollution control activities within the meaning of section 3 of and specified in the First Schedule to the Environmental Protection Agency Act 1992.

The aim of the present Guidelines provide the legal framework for the development and operation of the geo-data infrastructure of Rheinland-Pfalz being part of the national geo-data infrastructure. The present Law provides the legal framework for the development and operation of the geo-data infrastructure of Rheinland-Pfalz being part of the national geo-data infrastructure. The text consists of 15 articles divided into 6 Parts as follows: General provisions (1); Requirements for geo-data infrastructure (2); Electronic net-work (3); Use of geo-data (4); Final provisions (5). Three Annexes are enclosed.

The purpose of the present Ordinance is to enforce the Federal Land Parcel Act of 28 July 1961 (BGBl. I p. 1091 in the Land Rheinland-Pfalz. In particular, the Law lays down provisions dealing with registration, proceedings and authorization of land transactions. The text consists of 9 articles.

La presente Decreto crea la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión de Restitución de Tierras Despojadas (UAEGRTD), que tiene como objetivo fundamental servir de órgano administrativo del gobierno para la restitución de tierras de los despojados.

El presente Acuerdo aprueba el Reglamento Interno del Consejo Directivo de la Unidad Administrativa Especial de Gestión de Restitución de Tierras Despojadas (UAEGRTD), en especial lo relativo a las funciones de sus integrantes, sus sesiones, decisiones, actuaciones y demás aspectos relacionados.
