This Legal Notice of the Governor-General, made under section 37 of the Constitution, assigns responsibility for the administration of the Ministry of Lands, Surveys and Housing and for the conduct of the business of the Government of Solomon Islands in respect to matters as specified in the Schedule to the Minister of Lands, Surveys and Housing. Duties of the Minister concern, among other things; land use development and planning, alienated land development and control, land survey, land acquisition, customary land recording and land reform.

El presente Decreto Legislativo modifica la Ley que crea el Bono Familiar Habitacional (BFH), con el fin de establecer medidas para optimizar el acceso a la vivienda de interés social mejorando la atención de la demanda habitacional de la población de menores recursos con el BFH en el marco del Programa Techo Propio, destinado a la creación de Vivienda de Interés Social (VIS). Además, dicta medidas complementarias para el acceso a la vivienda de la población vulnerable.

El presente Decreto establece los criterios y requisitos para la creación de las Áreas Vitales de Viviendas y de Residencias (AVIVIR), con una superficie aproximada de 3,23 destinadas a la construcción de viviendas, y en las se procederá a reordenar integralmente la distribución y uso del espacio, sea éste urbano o rural, para destinarlo en prioridad y con urgencia, a la construcción de viviendas unifamiliares o multifamiliares de micro comunidades, pequeños barrios, grandes barrios o nuevas ciudades.

Le présent décret modifie les statuts de l'Etablissement public d'aménagement de la Plaine du Var. Les statuts de l'établissement fixent désormais à six ans la durée du mandat des administrateurs et à quatre ans la durée du mandat du président du conseil d'administration et des vice-présidents élus en son sein. These Regulations amend the Town and Country Planning (Local Development Plan) (Wales) Regulations 2005, which make provision for the operation of a new system of local development plans established by the Planning and Compulsory Purchase Act 2004. Amendments concern, among other things, inclusion of a marine plan prepared by the Welsh Ministers under Part 3 of the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009 in the list of matters to which the Local Planning Authority must have regard in preparing a Local Development Plan.

The purpose of the present Act is the economic and expedient use of the soil; the protection and care of the environment and, in particular the conservation or reinstatement of the sustainable purity of the air, water and soil, as well as the avoidance of noise; the conservation or reinstatement of a healthy nature, the protection of the indigenous fauna and flora and their natural living spaces, of the cultural heritage and, finally, in particular that of housing and recreational areas.

The present Ordinance enforces the Burgenland Building Law (LGBl. No. 10/1998). In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to building technology and building equipment, as well as to special environmental, health and energy requirements of buildings. Furthermore, the Ordinance also applies to parcel of lands and other constructions and facilities subject to requirements of the present Ordinance.

These Regulations make amendments to the Environmental Impact Assessment (Scotland) Regulations 1999, the Town and Country Planning (Development Planning) (Scotland) Regulations 2008, the Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 and the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) (Scotland) Regulations 2011 following the establishment of Historic Environment Scotland by the Historic Environment Scotland Act 2014.

These Rules set out the procedures to be followed in connection with local inquiries held for the purposes of certain applications and appeals under the Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Scotland) Act 1997. The Rules concern procedural matters of inquiries held in connection with: (a) applications referred to the Scottish Ministers under section 18 of the Hazardous Substances Act; and (b) appeals under section 19 of the Act and regulation 43 of the Town and Country Planning (Hazardous Substances) (Scotland) Regulations 2015.

These Regulations implement the planning and land-use aspects of Directive 2012/18/EU of the European Parliament and the Council on the control of major accident hazards involving dangerous substances ("Seveso III Directive"). The non-planning aspects of the Seveso III Directive are implemented through The Control of Major-Accident Hazards Regulations 2015.

This Decree-Law, consisting of six Chapters, approves the Statute of the Special Administrative Region of Oe-Cusse Ambeno.
