This Order amends the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 (Development Planning) (Saving, Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Order 2008 by changing the modifications applied by article 5 of the 2008 Order to alter the circumstances in which the new section 19 of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 introduced by section 2 of the Planning etc. (Scotland) Act 2006 require an examination to be held in respect of a local plan.

The lands described in the Schedules are designated as conservation reserves with the purpose of protecting natural heritage areas and natural features on public land and preserving traditional public land uses including wildlife viewing, hunting, fishing, walking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing and boating. Furthermore, Land within a conservation reserve shall not be used for mining, commercial forest harvest, hydro-electric power development, the extraction of aggregate and peat or other industrial uses. The text consists of 2 sections and 292 Schedules.

This Resolution is composed of nine Chapters divided in 42 articles and three Annexes. It approves the Alvão Natural Park Management Plan (POPNAL). The Regulation lays down the management and protection objectives of the Park and classifies the land according to its possible use. Moreover, it defines zoning criteria and identifies the forbidden activities and those that need prior authorization. The Annexes provide the list of the areas falling under special protection regimes and set the criteria to be used for building infrastructure inside the protected area.

This Presidential Decree regulates certain aspects of expropriation and allocation of land to legal persons and individual entrepreneurs in Minsk and regional cities for construction in cases where there are no land use planning projects and where tender for leasehold concessions is not required by law. Applicants must: (a) specify the purpose of the lease and the location and approximate size of the plot of land; (b) demonstrate the property right to the land plot; and (c) provide banking instructions. The city council shall examine each application within ten days of its submittal.

Order No. 892 on buffer zones (ecotones).

The Order sets regulations concerning additional measures on ecotones in rural areas. It applies to regulations on reducing marginal buffer zone width, as long as it does not affect the control of Heracleum Mantegazzianum (giant Hogweed) growth. The Danish AgriFish Agency shall ensure approval of requests for reduction of ecotones, which must be submitted by 1 November 2012.
