The Medium Term Development Plan 2011-2015 (MTDP) is a 5-year rolling development plan that sets the sector strategies, targets, deliverables and their projected estimated cost of implementation. The MTDP is aimed at translating the Papua New Guinea Development Strategic Plan 2010-2030 (PNGDSP) into tangible results.
This Decree amends Paragraph 1 of Article 1 as “designation of agricultural land in every district aims at supporting, planning and development of agricultural production in ecologically suitable areas and making agricultural inventory”. This Decree adds Provisional Clause 1 regarding the state support for agricultural production until 31 December 2018.

The present Act introduces some amendments to the Building Act of 11 December 2008. In particular, the Act amends article 51 establishing that provided that the safety and exposure are ensured and the adjacent stocking is not impaired by the structural measures, the building authority can grant a forest distance reduced to 7.00 m. This Decree provides for certain dealings in land related to a loan facility and relative mortgages and title in native land for the development of a coastal area. The Decree seeks to protect funds advanced by the Fiji National Provident Fund by providing for accelerated transfer of title and relative registration by the Land Registrar. Land involved in these dealings includes native land covered by a Land Swap Agreement for which the Native land Trust Board holds specified powers.
This Act provides with respect to spatial and land use planning at national, regional and district level in Ghana. It established the Land Use and Spatial Planning Authority and the Land Use and Spatial Planning Development Fund.
The present Ordinance introduces some amendments to the Soil Improvement Ordinance of 29 September 2009. In particular, the Ordinance amends article 3 establishing that a site-fixed facility for the abstraction of irrigation water from surface waters or ground water is considered to be eligible for funding within the meaning of this Ordinance, provided that a concession pursuant to the Water Rights Act is available.

This Act makes provision for the establishment of the Outer Islands Development Corporation as a body corporate. The Corporation shall— (a) be responsible for the management and development of the Outer Islands; (b) advise the Minister on— (i) the development of such activities as may lead to a more economic exploitation of the Outer Islands; (ii) the grant or determination of leases over the Outer Islands on such terms and conditions as shall warrant their optimum use. The Minister may make such regulations as he thinks fit for the purposes of this Act.
