El presente Acuerdo adopta medidas tendientes a evidenciar y profundizar la coordinación y articulación entre el Programa de Protección a Población en situación de desplazamiento que lideran el Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia y el Sistema Nacional de Atención Integral a la Población Desplazada.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities by which the state shall evaluate land use planning documentation for compliance with the technical requirements and terms and conditions of land use planning. The Federal Land Cadastre Service shall evaluate the following land use planning documentation: (a) general land use planning schemes of the territory of the Russian Federation; (b) land use planning documentation elaborated by governmental bodies; (c) documentation related to federal land.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities for coordinating and validating land use planning documentation and for keeping and providing access to land survey data. As envisaged by legislation, land use planning documentation shall be coordinated by the Federal Land Cadastre Service and its territorial branches, sanitary and epidemiological supervision bodies, entities involved in the protection of cultural monuments and local self-governments.

This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of carrying out territorial land use planning, and land surveys. Territorial land use planning shall be carried out by legal persons and individual entrepreneurs in accordance with contracts and on the initiative of local self-government bodies, landowners and tenants.

This Decree, composed of 4 articles, declares of social interest, for the purposes of the Agriculture Reform, the following rural propterties: Fazenda Pitombeira, Fazenda Boa Esperanca II, Fazenda Boa Esperanca III, Fazenda Boa Esperanca IV, Fazenda São Judas Tadeu, Fazenda Santa Engrácia e Periperi. The Decree establishes the competence of the National Insitute for the Agriculture Reform (INCRA) to promote and supervise the expropriation of the aforementioned rural lands.

Le présent décret porte organisation et fonctionnement des structures consultatives d’urbanisme et de construction, à savoir: le Conseil National de l’Urbanisme et de la Construction, la Commission Régionale de l’Urbanisme et de la Construction et la Commission Communale de l’Urbanisme et de la Construction.

En application de l’article 100 de la loi n°017-2006/AN du 18 mai 2006, portant code de l’urbanisme et de la construction au Burkina Faso, les procédures d’autorisation et d’exécution de l’opération de lotissement ou de restructuration sont fixées par les dispositions du présent décret.

En application de l’article 83 de la loi n°017-2006/AN du 18 mai 2006, portant code de l’urbanisme et de la construction au Burkina Faso, les procédures d’élaboration, d’approbation et de révision des Plans d’Occupation des Sols sont fixées par les dispositions du présent décret.

En application de l’article 68 de la loi n°017-2006/AN du 18 mai 2006, portant code de l’urbanisme et de la construction au Burkina Faso, les procédures d’élaboration, d’approbation et de révision du Schéma Directeur d’Aménagement et d’Urbanisme sont fixées par les dispositions du présent décret.

El presente Acuerdo aprueba el Reglamento que norma el Sistema de incentivos para vivienda rural y urbano marginal, que es un subsidio único y directo, con carácter no reembolsable, que otorga el Estado por intermedio del Ministerio de Desarrollo Urbano y Vivienda por una sola vez, mediante un sistema transparente de calificación, destinado a beneficiar a las familias de escasos recursos económicos de las áreas rurales y sectores urbano marginales para financiar la construcción o mejoramiento de la vivienda.
