This Decision provides for the establishment of the National Committee for Land Planning and Urbanization of Areas Surrounding Phnom Penh, Towns and Provinces in the Kingdom of Cambodia and defines its composition and duties.Duties of the Committee include: protection of the natural resources of the nation; creation of policies aimed at encouraging people to take part in the economic, cultural and social development in provinces and towns; the study and preparation of master plans for all purposes public places in the provinces and towns; the control of the constructions of factories, hotel

This Regional Law establishes the modalities of allotment of public land and land of undelimited ownership in urban area to housing construction cooperatives. Transfer of land shall be performed by the authorized regional state executive body in the sphere of land management. Regional Government shall define categories of citizens that can be inserted in the lists of housing construction cooperatives subject to allotment of public land and land of undelimited ownership in urban area.

Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “General projects of land use planning, rules of land tenure related to territories of historical human settlements shall require coordination by the competent authority”.

This Regional Law establishes the grounds for and the modalities of transfer free of charge on condition of ownership to local government of land plots pertaining to regional property. The aforesaid transfer shall be performed for municipal land-use planning and development of urban areas. Land pertaining to regional property free of third-party claims and not occupied by constructions and edifices can be transferred to local government. The aforesaid transfer shall be performed by decision in the forms of Governor’s Decree.

Le présent décret modifie les dispositions de l'article 9 du décret n° 2002-536 du 5 mars 2002, portant modification du décret n°81-1876 du 30 décembre 1981, portant organisation et fonctionnement de l'agence de réhabilitation et rénovation urbaine.Aux termes de l’article 9 (nouveau), l'agence de réhabilitation et de rénovation urbaine est administrée par un conseil d'administration présidé par son président directeur général, nommé par décret.

Le présent décret modifie les dispositions de l’article 9 (organisation et composition) du décret n° 81-1876 du 30 décembre 1981, portant organisation et fonctionnement de l'agence de réhabilitation et rénovation urbaine.

This Regional Law regulates relations in the sphere of conservation, management, promotion and protection of the objects of cultural heritage and is aimed at ensuring realization of the constitutional right of citizens of access to the objects of historical and cultural heritage and protection, restoration and conservation of historical and cultural natural environment of the regional ethnic communities.
