Land (Group Settlement Areas) Act, 1960 (No. 530)

The present Act, which consists of nine Parts and two schedules, provides for the setting up of group settlement areas by the State Authority and lays down related conditions of alienation and occupation. As per section 4, the State Authority may declare any area of State land to be a group settlement for the purposes of this Act. Within such areas, rural and urban settlement areas shall be created. On the other hand, whenever a land in a group settlement area is needed for any public purpose, such land shall be reserved as per section 8.

Land Preservation Regulations, 1960.

This Regulation, of 36 sections and one Annex, gives definitions and makes provisions for the preservation of lands due to land erosion in Israel. Section 1 gives definitions. Section 2 regards the declaration of Special Zones listed in the Annex to this regulation. Section 3 establishes conditions for grazing in special zones. Only the director of the Land-Preservation Department can authorize such grazing. Section 4 prohibits from a person to carry out preservation operations unless authorized and planned by the Director.

Land Development (Amendment) Act, 1992

This Act has been adopted to amend and supplement the Land Development Act 1956. In particular, the Authority established under such Act shall hereinafter exercise the following duties: (a) to undertake and carry out land development projects; (b) to promote and assist in the investigation, formulation and implementation of projects four development, settlement and management of land; (c) to promote the modernisation of the agricultural sector.

Aboriginal Peoples Act, 1954 (No. 134)

This Act makes provision with a view to protecting the aboriginal peoples who inhabit in West Malaysia. Such protection comprises different elements, and deals in particular with land occupancy and land tenure. Sections 5 establishes the Commissioner for Aboriginal Affairs, who shall be in charge of the enforcement and compliance with these provisions.Sections 6 and 7 refer to aboriginal areas and aboriginal reserves respectively.

National Land Code (Amendment) Act 2001

The present Act lays down provisions to amend and supplement the National Land Code. First of all, section 2 provides for the amendment of the long title of the National Land Code: the words “Selangor and Trengganu”are hereby replaced by the words “Selangor, Terengganu and the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur”. The same amendment is laid down to the Preamble. Further linguistic amendments concern the names of official authorities and institutions (section 4). Moreover, the Act lays down amendments dealing with the application related to estate lands.

Padi Cultivators (Control of Rent and Security of Tenure) Act, 1967 (No. 528)

The present Act makes provisions in matter of tenure of lands intended for padi cultivation, with a view to controlling related rent and security of tenure. Sections 3 to 10 lay down rules concerning tenancy agreements by which a landlord agrees to let and a tenant agrees to take any padi land for the purpose of cultivating padi. Tenancy agreements must be concluded in writing and in compliance with the form prescribed by Form A of the First Schedule. After its conclusion, the agreement shall be registered.

This Regulation, of Eight Sections and One Annex, gives definitions and establishes conditions for the regulation of legal procedures between land contractors and land holders. Section (1) gives definitions. Sections (2) and (3) regard hearing invitation procedures. Section (4) regards contractors reply modalities and procedures. Section (5) gives powers to the Appeals Committee to decide upon the contractor’s status related whether to include the contractors name in the statement of claim. Sections (6) to (8) give general information.

Cet arrêté porte délimitation dans la province du Bazèga de la zone à vocation pastorale de Gaongho-Sud, d'une superficie de 6.762 ha, est située entre les parallèles 1l°56' et 12°04' de latitude Nord et les méridiens 01°03' et 0l°09' de longitude Ouest. La zone à vocation pastorale est constituée d'un ensemble d'espaces de terres rurales délimitées et aménagées à des fins d'activités pastorales en association avec des productions végétales et forestières.
