El presente Decreto declara Zona Intangible de Conservación, vedada a todo tipo de actividad extractiva, las tierra de habitación y desarrollo de los grupos Huaorani, conocidos como Tagaeri Taromenane, y otros eventuales que permanecen sin contacto, ubicadas hacia el sur de las tierras adjudicadas a la nacionalidad Huaorani y del Parque Nacional Yasuní (PNY).

El presente Acuerdo aprueba el Plan de Manejo del Parque Nacional Yasuní (PNY), como instrumento técnico y de planificación que rige la gestión del área protegida, que contiene los principios, directrices y normas para alcanzar la coexistencia armónica entre el uso racional de los recursos, los bienes y servicios que genera y garantice la conservación de los procesos ecológicos que determinan la funcionalidad de los ecosistemas inmersos en el área protegida.

El presente Decreto delimita la Zona Intangible de Conservación Tagaeri Taromenane (ZITT) en las tierra de habitación y desarrollo de los grupos Huaorani, conocidos como Tagaeri Taromenane, y otros eventuales que permanecen sin contacto, ubicadas hacia el sur del Parque Nacional Yasuní (PNY).

Afin de concilier le projet « Gabon Emergent » et le développement durable, notamment dans sa dimension climatique, le Gabon a élaboré son Plan National Climat. Le Plan National Climat est basé sur la connaissance du potentiel de ressources dont dispose le Gabon et le respect des principes du développement durable, de bonne gouvernance et d’équité intergénérationnelle dans l’exploitation des ressources naturelles du Gabon.

La presente Resolución delega la función de conocimiento y cartografía geológica del subsuelo en el Servicio Geológico Colombiano hasta el 31 de diciembre de 2018. La presente delegación se efectúa sin perjuicio de las funciones propias que le corresponden a la Agencia Nacional de Hidrocarburos (ANH).

These Regulations issued by the Regulation and Supervision Bureau for the water, wastewater and electricity sector in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi concern design, construction, use and maintenance of fuel storage tanks. The aim of these Regulations is to ensure the prevention and early detection of any fuel release from fuel storage tanks and to minimize the risk of fuel releases affecting the environment and public health.

The Law provides rules on different types of protection zones, protected areas, and protection strips, which are specified in laws and other regulatory enactments. Its purpose is to determine the types of protection zones and the functions thereof; the basic principles for the establishment of protection zones; the procedures for the maintenance and control of the condition of protection zones; and restrictions of economic activity in protection zones.

The National Environmental Action Plan of Estonia is a national cross-sectoral action plan of Estonia for the period 2007-2013. Its main objective is to present a consensual list of nationally prioritised activities aimed at achieving the primary goals of the environmental policy specified in the national Environmental Strategy, indicating the financing needs and discussing the most optimal use of non-budgetary funding sources.The Action Plan aims to ensure food and potable water safety.

Processes of globalization have generated new opportunities for smallholders to participate in profitable global agro-commodity markets. This participation however is increasingly being shaped by differentiated capabilities to comply with emerging public and private quality and safety standards. The dynamics within Indonesia’s oil palm sector illustrate well the types of competitive challenges smallholders face in their integration into global agro-commodity chains.

Mobilising under-utilised low carbon (ULC) land for future agricultural expansion helps minimising further carbon stock loss. This study examined the regency cases in Kalimantan, a carbon loss hotspot, to understand the key factors for mobilising ULC land via narrative interviews with a range of land-use actors and complementary desktop analyses.
