Le présent décret vise l’encadrement des procédures d'autorisation et de déclaration d'utilité publique relatives à la construction et à l'exploitation des canalisations de transport de gaz, d'hydrocarbures et de produits chimiques.En outre, il définit, d’une part, les règles relatives à la sécurité, à la protection de l'environnement et au contrôle applicables à ces ouvrages; et d’autre part, les règles spécifiques à celles de ces canalisations relevant du service public de l'énergie..Enfin, il fixe le régime de redevances d'occupation du domaine public.

The present Regulations are made under the Canada-Newfoundland Atlantic Accord Implementation Act. In particular, section 1 of the above-mentioned Regulations establish that for the purposes of paragraph (a) of the definition “offshore area” in section 2 of the afore-mentioned Act, the prescribed line of the offshore area of the province of Newfoundland and Labrador that is adjacent to the offshore area of the province of Nova Scotia is the line described in the Schedule. The text consists of 2 sections and 1 Schedule.

These Regulations amend the Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 1993 to implement Article 30 of Directive 2012/18/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances, which amends Council Directive 96/82/EC on the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances. They insert “heavy fuel oils” to the list of hazardous substances and controlled quantities in Schedule 1 and concern exceptions for existing hazardous substances consents.

These Regulations amend the Foreshore Act 1933 for the purpose of giving effect in part to Council Directive No. 2011/92/EU. They amend section 13A which sets out the developments/activities that may require environmental impact assessment in relation to consents under the Act. Deep drilling within the scope of the Annex to the Directive. The Regulations also prevent double screening of environmental impact assessment in respect of a petroleum activity where a foreshore lease or licence is being sought.

This Decree establishes the modalities of revenue (reimbursement) of excise tax to the producers of agricultural commodities for diesel oil used for agricultural land cultivation. The aforesaid excise tax shall be reimbursed to the following categories of producers of agricultural commodities: (a) owners of permanent tenants of agricultural land without lease contract; and (b) tenants of agricultural land in accordance with lease contract.

The present Regulations are made under section 90 of the Petroleum Resources Act. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to the administration and registration of interests and instruments in relation to lands and fees to be paid. The present Regulations are made under section 19 of the Northwest Territories Lands Act.
