El presente Decreto crea el bono de titulación emitido por el Estado, destinado a legalizar los predios de los beneficiarios del bono de vivienda que posean terrenos o los adquieran para la construcción de viviendas nuevas en áreas urbanas, rurales y urbano marginales.

El presente Decreto aprueba el Reglamento que tiene por objeto la correcta regulación de la Ley que establece el marco jurídico para el ordenamiento y la titulación de los bienes inmuebles cuya propiedad recaiga en instituciones de derecho público, empresas públicas y municipalidades y que estén siendo ocupados por personas físicas en carácter de precaristas.

Implementa: Ley Nº 8680 - Ley especial para titulación de vivienda en precarios y en zonas de desarrollo urbano no reconocidas (precarios). (2008-11-12)

La presente Resolución aprueba los formatos a ser utilizados en los procedimientos de titulación de los predios urbanos informales en las zonas afectadas por los sismos del 15 de agosto de 2007.

Article 7 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Plots of agricultural land pertaining to public or municipal property shall be allotted to natural and legal persons in accordance with Land Code of the Russian Federation”.

This strategy which will cover a five year period (2013-2018) is developed to implement the second phase of the Economic Development and Poverty Reduction Strategy with the aim of achieving the revised targets of vision 2020.

The priorities of regional land policy shall be: (a) state regulation for ensuring conservation of valuable land, agricultural land and land of protected areas; (b) realization of the land right of citizens; (c) application of land tenure ensuring ecosystem preservation; (d) conservation of agricultural land as the basis of agricultural production; and (e) conservation of traditional forms of Cossack land tenure (art. 1).

El presente Decreto reglamenta la Ley Nº 1.152 de 2007 en lo relativo al procedimiento para dar trámite a las solicitudes de protección a los predios y territorios abandonados a causa de la violencia, previa calificación que los registradores efectúen a las solicitudes de inscripción de la medida de prohibición de enajenación o transferencia.

The purpose of these Regulations is to strengthen the construction and protection of public ecological forest, improve the ecological situation, maintain ecological safety, protect legal rights of public ecological forest owners, and business operators.

This Act provides for the constitution of District Courts and defines their jurisdiction. The Act also concerns civil procedure and appeals against decisions of District Courts. As for jurisdiction in respect of land matters a Court does not have jurisdiction to hear or determine any action which in any way affects or is in relation to customary land but has jurisdiction to hear and determine any action for the recovery of freehold land, or any interest therein and may issue a judgment or order for the recovery of land.

This Law sets the necessary rules and procedures aimed to define and regulate the restitution (restoration of land ownership) of forests and forest lands.The rules provided by this Law are related to: both state and private owned forests and forest lands, as also defined by other relevant Laws and Regulations (see article 2 of the text); and to various administrative issues such as status of restored ownership of forests and forest lands of former owners who have received the compensation for their properties, as well as former homeowners who have paid their debt to the state (and similar a

The Mayor orders to introduce the following amendments and addenda: 1) To give a new wording to paragraph 1.2 of the original document that reads as follows: "Physical persons that have been allotted the plots of land on condit ions of life-long hereditary property are receive them free-of-charge irrespecti vely of size ceiling of the plots of land." and 2) To repeal paragraph 3 of the original document.

"Forest for domestic use" is a forest owned in common property and which serves to satisfy the needs of supply of wood for domestic purposes of the owners. "Use for domestic purposes" seems to include use of timber for carpentry and construction of houses. Such forest shall be managed by a board of members in accordance with rules laid down by the present Act. The board of a forest for domestic use shall be controlled by the Department of Agriculture and Forestry. For each forest for which no exemption is in force a management plan shall be adopted by the Department.
