For the purpose of the present Act “public property” means property of the King which is used exclusively for the benefit of the State, e.g. palace; “Crown property” means property of the King other than the King’s private property and public property. Section 4bis establishes the “Crown Property Bureau” to perform duties listed under Section 5. Section 4ter establishes that there shall be a “Crown Property Board”. The text consists of 9 sections.

This Act provides for the registration of land and establishes for this purpose a Land Registration Authority.The Authority shall be a body corporate and shall be managed by a Board of Directors. The Authority shall: (a) provide a legal framework for the people of the Marshall Islands to voluntarily register their interests in land in order to produce certainty regarding the identity of the legal owners of land and interests in land; (b) provide standards and criteria for land leases; and (c) maintain and keep public records of land and land transactions.

El presente Decreto modifica el Reglamento a la Ley de Catastro Nacional, en relación a la fecha de vigencia del inicio de las exposiciones públicas establecidas en el artículo 10 del Reglamento.

Article 2 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Regional Legislative Assembly shall establish case of allotment of plots of public land with undelimited ownership to some categories of citizens in private ownership free of charge”.

This Law establishes the forms of property and ownership, legal and economic grounds in the sphere of property relations, and sets forth terms and conditions of the origin of property rights, ensuring protection and conservation of property. Objects of ownership can be land, subsoil, mining allotment, water resources, air space, forest fund, flora, fauna, and intellectual property.

This Decree regulates the agrarian reform and the management of natural resources in Indonesia. It shall be a process of sustainable restructuring, monitoring, ownership and exploration of such resources.

The present Regulation enacts the Assessment Act. Section 1 establishes that an application under section 23 of the Assessment Act by an owner of land to have all or part of that land classified as a farm must be in the attached form entitled "Application for Farm Classification”. The intention of this Decree-Law is to enable, exceptionally, the State or the local government to acquire the ownership of private estates, through expropriation for public interest determined by Article 4 of the Decree-Law, against immediate, complete and absolute compensation. The compensation can be an other estate or money or both of them. The expropriation procedure is duty of the territorially competent commissary of the Republic. Proceedings are ruled in detail.

This Order establishes that the following rights and encumbrances (restrictions) of immovable property, including land plots, shall be subject to compulsory registration: (a) ownership; (b) servitude; (c) nature management; and (d) open-ended land tenure. Registration shall be carried out through application by the following categories: (a) owner; (b) landlord; (c) leaseholder; (d) pledgeholder; (e) trust manager; (f) bankruptcy administrator; (g) tutor; (g) trustee; (h) by power of attorney; and (i) other persons in accordance with legislation.
