This Law concerns the use of agricultural farmland in Bulgaria. Agricultural land shall be the property of citizens, the State, municipalities, cooperative enterprises and other legal persons. Political parties and other bodies with a political aim shall, foreign countries, foreign legal persons and legal persons with foreign legal participation shall not be able to own agricultural lands.

This Executive Order concerns the execution of certain regulations of the law on land use management and expropriation of real estate in Poland.

This Law concerns land-use management and expropriation in Poland. The Law defines the guidelines for the use of built up land and land earmarked for development. The expropriation of real estate belongs within the competencies of the district offices of the government administration. Land owned by the State Treasury or gmina (township) may be sold to legal entities and individuals (art. 4). The sale of land owned by the State or gmina in seaports, coastal zones and national parks requires consultation with the relevant authorities (art. 8).

The Chief of the Department of the Protection of Soil and Land Resources orders to the subordinate divisions of the Department and territorial branches of the Ministry to follow directions of the Regulation on the modalities of carrying out state control over the use and the protection of land. The Chief of the Department of the Protection of Soil and Land Resources orders to validate the list of the officials authorized to carry out state control over the use and the protection of land that are authorized to examine independently the cases of the infringement of land legislation.

The first deputy minister of State Tax Service elucidates that calculation of taxes of sale of the plots of land or shares of the plots carried out by physical persons to enterprises, departments and organizations is done by the latter while in case of sale of the plots of land to the physical persons the calculation of taxes is done by tax inspections that must deliver payment notification to the sellers. By the end of the calendar year the aforesaid physical persons must submit to tax inspections in the place of the fixed abode income declaration.

This Law determines the general principles of payment and collection of land charges in the city of Moscow, the types of preferential terms and the modalities of their concession, as well as the competence of state institutions and local administration of the city of Moscow in the sphere of regulation of land tenure requiring payment within the boundaries of the city of Moscow. The document contains 17 Articles. Article 1 introduces the general terms. Article 2 specifies the types of rights to the plots of land. Article 3 introduces charges for land tenure.

This Regulation governs the procedure regulating the acquisition of non-agricultural plots of land by national and foreign subjects in Lithuania. There are detailed provisions relating to the procedure for submitting and considering applications as well as issuing authorizations for the acquisition of non-agricultural plots of land. The county governor shall consider applications for the acquisition of land (sect. 13).

This Act amends the Land Titles Act (Chapter 157, 1994). Unregistered land of whatever tenure may be registered upon application to the registrar (sect. 19). The amendment includes detailed provisions on leases (sect. 24) and titles. There are consequential amendments to Conveyancing and Law of Property Act (sect. 66).

The Government, for the purpose of securing the rights of the owners of land shares and property shares in agricultural commercial enterprises which members have voluntarily agreed to re-organise them, as well as for the purpose of regulating certification of the right of property and property transactions, decrees to validate Recommendations on preparation and issue of certificates on the right to land shares and property shares and Recommendations on the modalities of management of land shares and property shares.

First deputy chief of the Committee orders the Chiefs of district administrations, in case of carrying out mapping on location to perform re-registration, legalisation and issue of the legal documents (certificate of land ownership, certificate of life-long inheritance, certificate of open-ended (permanent use of land, lease contract) to the physical persons on the plots of land conceded for individual housing and summer cottage construction if the measures resulting from land survey differs (excess or shortage) of the total area no more than 10%. The Mayor-President of the Government of St.Petersburg, for the purpose of ensuring the right of citizens to allotment on condition of ownership of the plots of land for individual housing, gardening and summer cottage construction orders as follows : 1). Chiefs of district administration are authorized to validate the measures and the boundaries of the plots of land with due regard for urban planning documentation at the presentation of the Committee on Land Resources and Land Survey. 2).
