This Act concerns the taxes related to the transfer of land. It covers assessment of taxes, their registration, collection and refund. Under section 9, records of every person required to file an affidavit or deliver a return under section 5 shall keep at their principal place of business documents, records and accounts in such form and containing such information as will enable an accurate determination of the taxes payable under this Act. Other provisions concern investigation (sect. 10), appeals (sect. 14), lien on real property (sect. 15) and dispute resolution (sect. 20).

This Act provides for changes in land registration, it consists of 32 sections and is divided into three parts. Part I concerns documents, and changes in the requirements for land registration. Part II is dedicated to automated recording and property mapping and Part III covers electronic registration and related matters.

This Act concerns the land titles in Ontario, it consists of 172 sections and is divided into eleven parts. Part I contains preliminary provisions, i.e. definitions and administration of the Act. Part II covers organization and administration, provisions are grouped under three titles: application of the Act, officers and authority of officers. Part III is dedicated to the jurisdiction of the court and appealing procedures.

These provisions aim at implementing the Land Registration Act, particularly as regards the application for the registration of land or the issue of a certificate of title and application for registration of acquistion by prescription. Article 13 concerns appeals against the decisions of the Registrar; article 14 concerns claims for indemnity. Several schedules, containing the models of the forms of the applications and certificates hereby envisaged, are attached.

The Act makes provision for various matters relating to customary land, private land and public land and powers of the Minister in respect of such land.The Act consists of 44 sections divided into 8 Parts: Preliminary (I); general (II); Private Land (III); Private land (IV); Customary land (V); User of land (VI); Trespass or encroachment upon, or unlawful occupation of, land (VII); Miscellaneous (VIII).A Corporation may hold land only with a license from the Minister (sect. 3). The Minister may dispose of public and customary land in accordance with section 5.

The Rule provides for the issuance of a reclamation fee which must be paid by the owner of land irrigated by a system of intertwined canals.

“Customary land”, “private land” and “public land” shall bear the same meaning in this Act as in the Land Act. The Minister may apply the provisions of this Act to areas in which, according to the Minister, ascertainment of interests in customary land or the agricultural development of such land require the application of provisions of this Act.

Mayor, for the purpose of keeping state land cadastre of the city of Moscow, orders to validate the structure of cadastre number of the plot of land in accordance with the Annex 1., to validate the draft of boundaries and numeration of cadastre districts in accordance with the Annex 2 (to be used as model), to validate for the purpose of state registration of the ownership rights to immovable property in the city of Moscow the structure of cadastre numbers of the objects of immovable property in the city of Moscow in accordance with the Annex 2 .

This Law establishes the conditions and the modalities of realization on investment activity aimed at building of the plots of land, for completion of unfinished constructions, reconstruction of edifices, their parts belonging to St.Petersburg for the purpose of profiting when the result is creation of immovable property. Article 7 establishes that investment prospect must contain the obligation of a potential investor to pay the services of the preparation of urban construction and land surveying documentation.

This Act concerns titles to land in Yukon, it consists of 193 sections.

El presente Decreto reforma el párrafo segundo del artículo 15 de la Ley de Reforma Agraria estableciendo que el Instituto Nacional Agrario (INA) exigirá la inmediata devolución de todas las tierras nacionales y ejidales que estén ilegalmente en poder de particulares, a excepción de quien acredite la ocupación de tierras inferiores a 200 hectáreas y su explotación en sistemas agroforestales o silvopastorales, cultivos intensos o crianza de animales en confinamiento.

The purpose of this Law is to govern allocation of land to citizens-families for ownership and related relations arisen out of such allocation. Land shall be allocated to citizens for the following purposes: 1) for family needs; 2) for agricultural purposes; 3) for other purposes.
