La presente Resolución del Instituto Nacional de Asuntos Indígenas aprueba el Programa Nacional de Relevamiento Territorial de Comunidades Indígenas. El Programa, en virtud de lo previsto por la Ley Nº 26.160 y su Decreto reglamentario, tiene por objeto el relevamiento técnico jurídico catastral del territorio que en forma tradicional, actual y pública ocupan las comunidades indígenas del país.

This Order validates the form of land registration that shall be applicable to the plots of land local municipalities. The registration form specifies the type of the plot of land, its classification in accordance with the established modalities and purposeful use thereof, location of the plot of land, regional code, number of cadastre registration and type of ownership.

Article 10 shall be supplemented with paragraph 2 of the following wording: “In case of making purchase and sale contract of land associated with privatized objects or objects subject to privatization, land associated with private enterprises, as well as of land associated with unfinished constructions lease contract previously concluded by the local self-government shall be declared null and void from the moment of entry into force of the aforesaid land purchase and sale contract”.

Paragraph 6 of the Article 6 shall acquire a new wording: “In case of any transaction leading to transfer/acquisition of land ownership right the person who has transferred the aforesaid right shall be considered the payer of single agricultural tax until the last day of the month in which the contract has been concluded while the person who has acquired the right shall be considered payer of single agricultural tax from the first day of the month following the month in which the contract has been concluded”.

Members of agricultural cooperative shall voluntarily transfer in usufruct free of charge without the right of expropriation for the period of no less than one year; (b) “Item 5. This Act amends the Registered Land Act with respect to a wide variety of matters including: general powers of the Registrar, registration of land and land registers, execution of instruments and other legal acts that may bring about a change in legal status of a real property. Some provisions concern lost or missing information in registers, evidence of legal status of a property for purposes of registration by the Registrar and registration of properties in the name of private owners of lands that were vested in the Crown by default during the cadastral survey.
