This Ministerial Decree establishes the modalities of calculation of minimum and, in case of necessity, maximum land charges for lease of public and private agricultural land. It shall not be applicable to reserve land allotted to retirees and social workers and poor households to which special fixed tariffs shall be applicable. The amount of annual land charges shall be calculated at the moment of the conclusion of contract and also in case of modification of land charges envisaged by the contract.

This Ministerial Decree regulates keeping of the Register of peasant farms and the modalities of registration thereof. The Register shall be public and it shall contain data related to the establishment re-organization. The scope of the Register shall be to collect and store data and information related to the functioning of peasant farms. The Register shall be kept in the official language but its contents can be translated in other languages. Data regarding land area must be recorded up to a hundredth of hectare.

This Act provides the registration of titles and the appointment of the Registrar of Titles and contains various rules relative to title in land and other rights and interests in respect of land, transfer of titles, etc.The Governor-General shall appoint a Registrar of Titles, Deputy Registrars of Titles and a Panel of Referees of Titles. The Act provides for the lodging of caveats with the Registrar of Titles by persons claiming an interest in land forbidding the bringing of land under the working of this Act.

These Regulations prescribe that, for the purposes of subsection (2) of section 7 of the Agricultural Small Holdings Act, the provisions of subsection (1) of that section shall not apply to any contract of tenancy of not less than five years, allowing the landlord to receive as consideration for such contract not more than of one-third of any crop of bananas grown upon the land to which such contract relates. Section 7 of the Act places restrictions on crop-sharing in relation to tenancies.

Implements: Agricultural Small Holdings Act. (1997)

These Regulations define and list "prescribed trees" and "economic trees" for purposes of the Agricultural Small Holdings Act. For the purposes of section 8 of the Act, the areas specified in the Second Schedule shall be the areas in respect of which a landlord may reserve, in a rice tenancy contract, the exclusive right to graze cattle upon the holding for the period between the reaping of one crop of rice and the preparation of the land for planting the next crop.

Implements: Agricultural Small Holdings Act. (1997)

This Act makes rules relative to contracts of tenancy of “small holdings” i.e. any parcel of land intended for cultivation or pasturage consisting of not less than one acre nor more than ten acres held under a contract of tenancy. The Act also makes provision for the establishment of Valuation Boards.The Act establishes conditions and criteria for tenancy contracts between landlords and tenants of agricultural small holdings. No crop-sharing clauses may be included in the tenancy contract.

In the Regulation on the modalities of concession of subsoil in lease in sub-issue 3 of the issue 30 the wording “and the mining inspection” shall be repealed.

The Government decrees to validate the forms of the following land ownership certificates: (a) certificate of private ownership of a plot of land; (b) permanent land use certificate; (c) provisional charged (short-term, long-term) land use (lease); and (d) provisional free of charge land use.

This Act defines the right of legal action in respect of claims regarding real property and in particular an action to recover land.Actions include actions of tort and contract, limitation of actions to recover land, accrual of right of action in case of present interests in land, accrual of right of action in case of future interest, provisions in case of land held on trust and accrual of right of action in case of certain tenancies.

This Chapter contains rules relative to the allocation of agricultural leases. The Chapter, among other things: concerns applications for a lease; prescribes criteria for the assessment of an application; prescribes the form of a lease; and require the Department of Agriculture to process applications and to determine the best agricultural use for land subject to lease. The Department shall also make periodic inspections of leased land.

These Regulations contain rules relative to the leasing of specified government land. It specifies criteria for eligibility of applicants for a lease and provide with respect to lease reservation agreements between the Department of Land Management and the eligible applicant and interim land use permits.

In the item 5 of the Article 2 of the Federal Law No. 33-FZ on protected areas the wording “plots of land” shall be substituted with the wording “land”. Article 22 of Land Code shall be supplemented with item 3.1 of the following wording: "3.1. Lease contract for a plot of land pertaining to public or municipal property and located within land boundaries reserved for public or municipal needs shall be concluded for the period of time not exceeding the period of reservation of the aforesaid land.”; Article 23 shall be supplemented with item 4.1 of the following wording: "4.1.
