This Regulation defines the procedure for leasing State agricultural and forestry lands, pastures and meadows. It consists of three Parts: (I) Designation, assessment and classification of State agricultural lands to be leased; (II) Establishment and functioning of the board for renting State agricultural lands; (III) Lease payment methods. The Regional Directorate of Agriculture prepares the study on agricultural lands registered as State-owned in the immovable property offices which can be leased.

The Ministerial Decree regards concession on lease of the plots of land of the national parks for regulated tourism and recreation. The plots of land can be conceded to legal and physical persons for tourist paths and tourist routes for short-term lease of five years. The applicants must submit application, notarized copy of the registration (for legal persons), notarized copy of licence (for physical persons) and land use plan containing environmental audit. Contract of lease enters into force after the state registration.

This Act grants the power to the President of Seychelles to grant leases to the owners of islands or parts thereof and to lessees of State lands in Seychelles of the reserves along the seacoast. Leases shall be granted for not more than ten years but may be renewed for further periods of ten years. Leases shall be granted at conditions as the President may deem fit provisions, article 538 of the Civil Code notwithstanding.

This Act grants powers to the Minister to constitute Forest Reserves and lays down rules relative to acts in or in relation with such reserve. The Minister may constitute a Forest Reserve by Order published in the Official Gazette and may also direct, in the same manner, the cessation of a Reserve. Provisions of the State Lands and River Reserves Act notwithstanding, the President or the government may not sell, lease or mortgage land in Forest Reserves. Cutting down of trees or lighting of fires without a written permission of the Chief Agricultural Officer is prohibited.

This Act provides specific authorization for cottage industry activities on Chamorro Land Trust residential lots to be conducted by Chamorro Land Trust residential leaseholders. Authorized cottage industry activities include farm production and light agriculture activities, baking and manufacturing of foodstuffs and growing and selling of plants and flowers. The Chamorro Land Trust Commission shall promulgate Rules and Regulations governing cottage industry activities.

This Decree amends and supplements a number of articles of various Decrees. Amendments concern the regulation of the use of land, land prices and land use levies.

The purpose of this Chapter is to provide guidelines for relocation payments and relocation assistance and to otherwise enable the American Samoa Government to comply with the Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970.The Chapter lays down rules for the assistance by the Government in relocation of owners of land or dwellings or tenants displaced due to an agency acquiring real property for public use.

The purpose of these Rules is to establish a relocation policy for tenants displaced from their leasehold as a result of redevelopment projects.The following objectives shall be pursued the Redevelopment Committee: (a) to ensure that displaced tenants with leasehold interests in real property being reclaimed for redevelopment are treated fairly and consistently, to encourage and expedite acquisition by agreements with such displaced tenants and to promote public confidence in redevelopment projects conducted the government; (c) to ensure that displaced tenants of the government property are

The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to the alienation and leasing of agricultural lands in the domain of the State. In particular, it applies to the alienation and leasing of ungranted land, except land designated for blueberry production.
