The present Regulation lays down provisions relating to public blueberry fields. It applies to the leasing of ungranted land designated by the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food for blueberry production. The text consists of 24 sections divided into 4 Parts as follows: Application (I); Conditions for leasing blueberry fields (II); Obligations of the lessee (III); Transitional and final provisions (IV).
