The present Act introduces some amendments to the Land Transaction Act of 9 December 1992. In particular, the Act amends, inter alia, article 1 on Objectives; article 3 on Exceptions from the scope; article 5 on Requirements; article 9 on Responsibility and tasks; articles 11 to 15 have been repealed; article 16 on Decision and official statement; article 17 on Delivery of the decision; article 18 on Appeal cases; article 23 on Information and edition; article 24a on Supervisions of Land Transaction Office; article 26 Annulment; article 35 on Implementation Ordinances.

La presente Resolución tiene por objeto unificar las actividades relacionadas a la conformación, actualización, custodia y archivo del Expediente de Restitución de Tierras.

This Act provides with respect to a system of charge, lien or assignments on agricultural goods and warehouse receipts for credit, and for supervision and the registration and certification of warehouses and for these and other purposes establishes the Warehouse Licensing Authority. The Authority shall be a body corporate and shall: (a) certify warehouses; (b) approve negotiable warehouse receipt books; and (c) perform any other function incidental or conducive to the carrying out of its functions under this Act or any other law.

This Regional Legislative Decree, consisting of 14 articles, establishes the procedure for delimiting the public water domain in the Autonomous Region of Madeira. The delimitation of the public water domain is the administrative procedure by which the line defining the extreme of the beds and banks of the public water domain bordering land of another nature is fixed.

These Regulations provide with respect to land surveys, making of boundaries and survey plans. They also, in the Schedule prescribe forms and fees. If a dispute arises between a licensed surveyor and the Chief Surveyor over the application of the Regulations, either party may refer the matter to the Land Surveyors Board. The Board shall hear and determine such dispute, and its decision shall be final.

This Regulation concerns rural land management and rights and use of rural land in Amhara National Region. It seeks to create favourable conditions enabling the land administration system to promote long-lasting agricultural development and productivity in the regional state by causing the full implementation of the rights and obligations pertaining to the rural land holders as are stipulated under the Revised Rural Land Administration and Use Determination Proclamation.

These Regulations, made in terms of section 45 of the Communal Land Reform Act, provide with respect to a wide variety of matters concerning communal land and communal land rights. Part I deals with (application for) customary land rights. It specifies the maximum size of land that may be held under customary land right and specifies particulars pertaining to allocation of customary land right.

This Chapter of the Florida Statutes contains multiple sets of general agricultural laws of Florida. The Chapter states that it is the public policy of this state and the purpose of this act to achieve and maintain the production of agricultural commodities for food and fiber as an essential element for the survival of mankind.

El presente Acuerdo de la Agencia Nacional de Tierras (ANT), establece los lineamientos para la regulación y formalización de las servidumbres derivadas de actividades de utilidad pública sobre los predios baldíos de la Nación, y contempla las directrices para la regulación y formalización de servidumbres derivadas de actividades de utilidad pública e interés social cuando recaigan sobre predios baldíos de la Nación.
