La presente Resolución establece los lineamientos y adopta la metodología para que los municipios y distritos recojan y suministren la información para conformar el inventario nacional de asentamientos localizados en zonas de alto riesgo por deslizamientos e inundaciones.

This Ministerial Decree validates the Instruction on secrecy of topographic, geodetic, cartographic, gravimetric, aerophotographic and outer space data and information with the consideration of introduction into cartographic and geodetic production of geoinformation, digital and satellite technologies. It establishes the modalities of determination of the degree and level of secrecy of the lists of natural coordinates in relation to publication of maps of internal territory.

La presente Resolución aprueba la Directiva que precisa los actos inscribibles en el Registro de Predios y en otros registros que requerirán informe previo del área de catastro para acceder a su inscripción, así como los requisitos que deben contener los planos y memorias descriptivas que se presenten al Registro para sustentar la inscripción de tales actos.

El presente Real Decreto establece las normas de aplicación en España del sistema de información geográfica de parcelas agrícolas (SIGPAC) y su utilización como instrumento de gestión en el marco del sistema integrado de gestión y control y resto de regímenes de ayuda relacionados con la superficie de la política agrícola común.

El presente Decreto Supremo aprueba el Reglamento de la Ley que implementa mecanismos para la delimitación territorial, respecto del arbitraje territorial como mecanismo para la delimitación territorial.

These Regulations require Natural England (as successor body to the Countryside Agency) to retain conclusive maps of registered common land and open country by the issue of draft maps, which are subsequently confirmed by the Countryside Agency and make provision for the inspection of such maps. Regulation 4 provides for the inspection and supply of reduced scale maps, which are copies of conclusive maps on a smaller scale.

The present Ordinance implements the Hamburg Land Survey Law of 20 April 2005. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the collection of charges for official land survey and mapping and acts carried out by the Land Valuation Committee. The text consists of 5 articles and 1 Annex.

These Regulations, made by the Minister under section 21 of the Cadastral Survey Act, concerns a memorandum of survey or survey report, which shall be drawn up, in such form and manner as the Chief Surveyor may approve and in accordance with these Regulations. The two originals of every memorandum of survey or survey report shall be registered by the land surveyor within 14 days of the completion of the survey. The Permanent Secretary shall endorse every memorandum or report of survey received by him or her.

These Regulations, made under section 21 of the Cadastral Survey Act 2011, apply the Cadastral Survey (Land Surveys) Regulations 2013, except Regulation 5(6)(c) to (g) and (7), to the Island of Rodrigues. Those provisions concern method of survey and marking of boundaries.

These Regulations implement provisions of the Cadastral Survey Act 2011. They, among other things: empower the Chief Surveyor to, in accordance with the Act, issue Guidelines, Directions and Notices to land surveyors, to regulate the practice of land surveyors and to set standards for land survey work; provide rules for the carrying out of survey works; regulate survey procedures; and provide for the making of boundaries and the drafting of survey plans.

These Regulations amend the Land Surveyors (Diplomas) Regulations 2011 in the Schedule by inserting, in the appropriate alphabetical order, a new item. The Schedule lists, for the purposes of section 5(1)(b)(ii) of the Land Surveyors Act, the the appropriate qualifications.

The Order sets regulations with regard to surveying companies - which must, in addition to sole proprietorship - only be exercised by a surveyor company, operating in equity, private or corporate partnership. A surveyor company may only serve to drive the survey or the company. The latter, owned solely by practicing surveyors, may be the sole activity having to own shares in another surveyor company. The Minister shall lay down rules on the provision of corporate surveying, including rules on disposal of shares in the case of a shareholder’s death or cessation of exercise.
