Regional Law No. 1736 “Land Code”.

This Regional Law establishes purposeful use of land and lays down legal grounds for land tenure and land management for specific purposes. It classifies land into the following categories: (a) agricultural land; (b) urban land; (c) industry, energy, communication land; (d) protected areas; (e) land of forest fund; (f) land of waterbodies; and (g) reserve land. Land ownership right shall be subject to mandatory state registration. Regional land can pertain to private, public, municipal and other types of ownership. Agricultural land shall be subject to natural-agricultural zoning.

Esta Ley tiene por objeto normar las funciones relativas al Catastro de los bienes inmuebles ubicados en el territorio del Estado de Oaxaca, estableciendo las bases para su organización administrativa. Esta Ley regula la organización y funcionamiento del catastro en el Estado de Yucatán, definido como el censo analítico de la propiedad raíz en el Estado, estructurado por los padrones relativos a la identificación, registro y valuación de los bienes inmuebles ubicados en su territorio, para fines fiscales, estadísticos, socioeconómicos, jurídicos e históricos y para la formulación e instrumentación de planes estatales y municipales de desarrollo.

La presente Ley de Catastro regula el inventario, registro y la valuación de los bienes inmuebles ubicados en el territorio del Estado de Querétaro. En particular se establecen disposiciones relativas a la integración, organización y funcionamiento del Catastro; la forma, términos y procedimientos a que se sujetarán los trabajos catastrales; y las obligaciones que en materia de catastro tienen los propietarios o poseedores de bienes inmuebles.

This Law prescribes the procedures by which the land regained or privatised by natural persons or legal persons, the land of the State and local governments, as well as apartments and buildings (structures), which are located on this land or in the land, shall be recorded in the land Registers. Rights related to immovable property shall be corroborated in the Land Register in accordance with the requirements specified in the Land Register Law, taking into account the provisions of this Law.

This Act makes provision with respect to the registration of and certification and rectification of titles respecting land. It also provides rules relative to lease of land and other matters regarding land such as mortgage and legal actions regarding land and the bringing of land under this Act. The President, for the purpose of conformation of normative legislative acts of the President of the Russian Federation to some Federal Laws decrees as follows : 1). To invalidate items 3 and 4 of the Presidential Decree No.480 of 1993 “On additional measures for the allotment to the citizens of the plots of land”. 2). To invalidate paragraphs 1,2,4,7 of the item 3, paragraphs 1,2 of the item 5, paragraph 2 of the item 8, paragraphs 4,9 of the item 9 of the Presidential Decree No.167 of 1993 regarding the regulation of land relationship and the promotion of land reform in Russia. 3).
